正视眼

Methods:115 emmetropia eyes and 115 myopia eyes were measured by using a computerized corneal topography.

应用计算机辅助的角膜地形图检测分析了115只儿童正视眼和115只儿童轻中度近视眼。

Methods One hunderd amd ten human subjects (one hunderd and seventy-four eyes) were included in this research. Retinoscopy was made to measure refractive errors, corneal topographer was measured by corneal topography system, Tonometry was used to measure IOP, Ultrasonagraphy was applied to measure anterior chamber length, len thickness and vitreous length respectively, Laser interference biometer was used to measure axial length, Optical coherence tomography was used to measure retina thickness of fovea area. Based on spherical equivalent subjects were divided into four groups: emmetropia group (SE0.50D), low-myopia group (-0.50D≤SE3.00D), moderate myopia group (-3.00D≤SE6.00D) and high myopia group (SE≥-6.00D).

对近视患者及正视者110例（174只眼），主觉加检影验光行屈光检查，采用Humphrey测量角膜平均曲率，非接触式眼内压测量仪测量眼内压；A与B型超声诊断仪测量前房深度、晶状体厚度、玻璃体腔长度及眼轴长度；角膜测厚仪测量中央角膜厚度(CCT，centercornealthickness)；光学相干生物测量仪测量眼轴长度；光学相干断层扫描仪测量黄斑中心视网膜厚度；按等效球镜度数(SE， sphericalequivalent)不同分正视组(SE0.05D)、轻度近视组(-0.50D≤SE3.00D)、中度近视组(-3.00D≤SE＜-6.00D)、高度近视组SE≥-6.00D）。

Methods: Forty of cases 77 emmetropic and ametropic eyes were measured with an aberrometer based on Tscherning's principle with the pupils dilated. The Zernike coefficients and root mean square values of wavefront aberrations up to the 6th order were recorded and statistically analyzed.

40人77只正视眼及屈光不正眼，散瞳后用基于Tscherning原理的波阵面像差仪进行测量，记录高达6阶的波阵面像差Zernike系数和均方根值，并进行统计学分析。

There was no significant difference of higher order wavefront aberrations between emmetropic and ametropic eyes. Comparing the age of 40 years or less with the age over 40 years, there were significant differences in RMS3 between the two under 7 mm pupil size, and statistical diffenences in RMS6 and RMSh between the two under 4 mm pupil size.

除第2阶像差均方根(RMS2)以外，正视眼及近视眼各阶像差平均RMS值在7 mm与4 mm瞳孔下，差异均无统计学意义。40岁及以下者与40岁以上者相比，在7 mm瞳孔时，两者第3阶像差均方根(RMS3)差异有统计学意义；而在4 mm瞳孔时，两者第6阶像差均方根(RMS6)及高阶像差均方根差异均有统计学意义。

Objective To study the relationship between surgical prognosis of retinal detachment in emmetropic or myopic eyes and vitreous changes.
