The body of this thesis is divided into four parts: Part One relates basic theories concerning judge's elucidatory authority, including its implications and character, its relationship with arguement-orientedness, and its value; Part Two introduces rules and regulations about judge'elucidatory authority in different countries in the hope for our country to draw lessons on; Part Three analyzes the present legislation situation of judge's elucidatory authority, emphasizing some existing drawbacks and necessity of constructing judge's elucidatory authority in our country; Part Four puts forward some suggestions on the content of judge's elucidatory authority to be constructed in our country, including five aspects of its fulfilling principles, fulfilling methods, fulfilling phases, legal effect and restraining mechanism.

正文可分为四个部分。第一部分是对释明权理论基础的研究，包括释明权的含义和性质，释明权和辩论主义的关系以及释明权的价值；第二部分介绍了各国关于释明权的法律制度，以期能为中国制度构建提供参考借鉴；第三部分分析了我国关于释明权的立法现状，着重分析了立法上存在的缺陷并论证了建构并完善我国法官释明权制度的必要性；第四部分对我国法官释明权制度内容的构建提出建议，包括释明权的行使原则、行使方式、行使阶段、法律效力以及约束机制五个方面。

This article consists of a three-chapter text, a brief instruction and an epilogue: achievements of the research on bel canto and thefolk singing as well as their relation in China were concluded briefly in the introduction. In chapter 1, the origin and characteristicsof bel canto and the folk singing, together with their fusion processin present China was illustratively revealed though historical review. In chapter 2, bel canto and the folk singing are analyzed in technical aspects like breath, vocalization, pronunciation, and resonancetogether with comparison on their similarities and differences.; Chapter three is concerned with the application of bel canto in folk singing and nationalization of bel canto as well as the feasibility oftheir fusion from technical aspect. Moreover, it is illustrated thatthe fusion of these two vocal arts in china not only conform to social development and mass aesthetic requirement, but also has great influence on the education and development of Chinese vocal arts. Epilogue is to express wishes to future Chinese vocal arts based on the trend of multi-culture fusion and innovation.

本文共由三章正文和简短的绪论及结语构成：绪论粗略总结国内关于美声唱法、民族唱法及二者关系的研究已有的成果；第一章尝试通过历史回顾直观展现美声唱法、民族唱法之由来、特性及二者在当代中国对话融合之进程；第二章侧重从呼吸、发声、吐字、共鸣等技巧层面分析美声唱法、民族唱法各自的技巧特点并比较二者之间的异同；第三章除着重探讨美声唱法的民族化、民族唱法的美声化及两者融合共促于技术层面之可行性外，更试图说明此二种声乐艺术的融合发展在中国当前不仅是符合社会发展趋势和大众审美要求，更将对中国声乐艺术的教育和发展具有重要影响；结语则就多元文化融合创新之大趋势表达对未来中国声乐艺术的希望。

The text was divided into five parts: The basic conception of narratology applicability of narrative theory in television advertisiment research was explained in the first chapter; television advertisiment was researched on four aspects: the entity of narratory、the display mode of storied advertisiment、the analysis of live broadcast and word of narrative advertisiment in the second chapter; narrative research on the symbol mode of television advertisiment such as montages and voices et cetera was made in the third chapter; television advertisiment was analyzed by signifier and signified of advertisiment as well as narrative technique in desire and implementation in the fourth chapter; the relationship of narrative prototype and adoption in television advertisiment was discussed on several aspects such as circumstances prototype、ideological prototype and person prototype et cetera in the fifth chapter.

The text is composed of the following three interconnective parts: The Casting of the Irons, Chapter I, has discussed how the'Generic Male' irons are cast on the layer of divinity from the four aspects, that is, binding of deity, lowlihead of creation, source of sin and concluding of covenant; The Embodiment of the Irons, Chapter II, has mainly probed into the embodiment of the irons on the layer of social history from such fields as servants of family, function as fruitfulness, shackling of chastity and symbol of impurity; and The Craziness of Sightless Dance, Chapter III, has focused upon the series of 'counteractions' of women in the field of social history, covering the survival of nation, the participation into history, the paean of love, the soul of family as well as the tendance of mitzvah.

It refers to the changes of Russian history and politics, the fate of Russian intellectual, the living condition of Pasternak in the torrent times. Chapter II The choice of fate by Russian intellectuals, specificly analyses different choices by different intellectuals, in order to prominent truly noble character of Russianintellectuals; ChapterⅢThe spiritual confusion of Russian intellectuals, analyses the basic formation of their spiritual confusion in the 20th century context of Russian History. It refers to the disjunction between reality and ideal, the tragedy of Hamlet-like character, and Zhivago-like spiritual orphan of Jew. Chapter IV The spiritual remolding of the Russian intellectuals, which profoundly analyzes the relationship among Tolstoyism, Christian faith and belief of the humanitarianism on the blue print of Doctor Zhivago's spiritual experiences, therefore, reflects the tropism of humanitarian value of Russia in the 20th century.

ChapterⅠintroduces the intention, significance and methods of the research from the angle of Chinese historical phonetics. Following the course of re-examining materials, ChapterⅡsurveys the pattern of rhyme, excerpting the metrical feet, ChapterⅢconnects the rhyme categories, the rhyme of different systems contacting with each other, and literary reading and colloquial reading. ChapterⅣcompares the rhyme cateories of traditional Hua-gu opera in Changsha with traditional rhyme tablesd, as well as those of traditional Hua-gu opera in Shaoyang. The total study is conducted to become united with dialect. ChapterⅤcontains the surplus discussion with three theories: the rhyming quality, the connection between rhyme categories and oral speech, between those of literary readings in traditional Hua-gu opera.

Chapter One introduces the tradition of historical narration in Chinese literature, discusses the relationship between fiction and historical narration, and the historical view of humanism in traditional novels. Chapter Two analyzes the historical view in contemporary red narrative, the origin of red historical compilation, hypo-realism in red novels of officers, and the features of taking personal narrative as revolutionary narrative etc. the song of youth is taken as an example to illustrate the secret of changing little burgesses narrative into revolutionary narrative. Chapter Three focuses on re-emergence and changes of enlightenment historical narrative and the historical sense of enlightenment. Tibet, implied times and the family of red corn are taken as examples to illustrate the features of changing from enlightenment historicism to new historicism. Chapter Four examines the phenomena and characteristics of new historicism narrative. The following chapter concerns the historical narrative by Yu Hua and Mo Yan, and historical sense of quasi-new historicism in Wang Anyi's Changhenge.

There are three parts in the main body of the thesis: first the author discussed the origin of charitable spirit, the change in the spirit and acts of modern charities and its new features; meanwhile, the author also gave an introduction of the purpose and scope of charities; second, the author made a further discussion on basic causes of the development of almshouses and charitable associations in Chongqing during that period, their organizational system; and then discussed the breeding fields with modern features and some characters of clan, and some problems and disputes happened among them, and then discussed the relationship among government, civilian, and gentry. Finally, the author gave a summary of the difference and indifference of the charities in Chongqing and Shanghai by comparing of them.
