Ameliorated the laser equipment of solid particle inspecting system and the corresponding test methods. Determine WCT of dead oil and live oil from KS101 well under different pressure with this system. The result implies that dead oil has opposite regulation on paraffin deposition temperature to live oil.4. A vapor-liquid-solid envelop is drawn by superposition regular vapor-liquid envelop and WCT curve thereby explained that the departure and quick raising of the curve in the low temperature zone is caused by the appearance of paraffin in solid phase.5. Estimation is made to determine the depth of paraffin deposition in the well.

Aiming at a class of complex electromechanical systems, such as 4-high or multi-high cold mills and continual mills, we firstly construct mathematical models of every subsystems by means of structural principle modeling method; nextly, get the overall mathematical model of electromechanical drive system by joining together these subsystems'models according to coupling variables and parameters; we finally simplify the overall model according to time-scale principle which can retain main eigenvalues and significant state variables, and obtain a practical mathematical model of complex electromechanical system. By simulating the CM04 temper mill's model constructed by above-mentioned method, we test and verify that the modeling method is effective and practical. The study analyzes and researches the electromechanical coupling facts and acting laws existing in complex electromechanical system.

A -805/+17 promoter fragment was enough to response to wounding and MeJA induction, which was proved in transgenic tobacco and Arabidopsis plants. The 397 bp region between -805 and -409 of the BjCHI1 promoter contains a cis-acting element that is essential for the wounding and MeJA inducibility.6. The -695/-620 region was necessary but not sufficient to confer MeJA-responsive expression. A T/G-box locates in -353 play an important role in the expression of the BjCHI1 gene in response to MeJA treatment. The 76 bp region is coupled with the T/G-box to confer full MeJA-inducible transcription of the BjCHI1 gene.
