方法用基因枪技术标记病程3个月的糖尿病大鼠和正常同龄大鼠的RGC，用带Z轴的Leica显微镜和CCD照相机采集RGC照片，按树突和胞体大小及形态分类后比较各组细胞树突野、胞体直径变化及其结构特征变异。

ResultsESC(the extract of Solidago canadensis L.) markedly prolonged the writhing latent period and decreased the times of writhing of mice induced by ip acetic acid, while it had no obvious effect on the pain threshold value in hot plate test. ESC significantly prolonged the tussive latent period of mice, decreased the tussive times and increased phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea of mice. ESC was nontoxic according to the acute toxicity test.

结果首次对国产加拿大一枝黄花进行了体内药理作用研究，发现加拿大一枝黄花提取物能显著延长醋酸致小鼠扭体潜伏期，减少扭体次数；但未明显提高热板法实验小鼠的痛阈值；能显著抑制浓氨水所致小鼠咳嗽潜伏期和咳嗽次数；显著增加小鼠气管的酚红排泌量；急性毒性实验表明加拿大一枝黄花提取物无明显毒性，既不引起小鼠死亡也不影响小鼠体重正常增加。

The investigators collected unstimulated saliva from 32 patients with primary T1/T2 oral squamous cell carcinoma and from 32 normal subjects matched for age, gender, and smoking history. Methods ①anti-inflammatory trial: 40 rats were randomly divided into control group, high-dose bushenlizhuo capsule group, middle-dose bushenlizhuo capsule group and low-dose bushenlizhuo capsule group(10 rats in each group).the rats in control group were given distilled water, and the rats in experimental groups were given different doses of capsule（4.0、2.0、1.0g/kg）, then enhance the capillary permeability of abdominal skin of rats by using xylic acid,and the od numerical value was detected.

In northeastern of basin, together with the structural framework of slope belt and the dynamical information of well, we can conclude that the gas reservoir in Taiyuan-early Shihezi formation dominantly belong to protogene depositional gas reservoir under the normal pressure, and the gas favourable reservoir belt was controled by framwork of main sandbody; But in upper Shihezi Formation to Shiqianfeng Formation the gas reservoir show the feature of secondary Tectonic-depositional gas reservoir under the extremely low pressure, and the gas favourable reservoir belt mainly locate in a zone which the low amplitude structure and main sandbody superposed in the slope belt.
