Methods TGFβ1 protein in 53 cases of RA synovia ［including 26 cases of RA,20 cases of control non-RA (14 cases of OA and 6 cases of traumatic arthritis) and 7 cases of normal synovia］ was detected by immunohistochemical LSAB method.

采用免疫组织化学LSAB法检测了53例(其中26例RA，20例其他关节炎和7例正常人)滑膜组织中TGFβ1蛋白的表达情况，并用目镜网格测微尺和图像分析系统分别进行TGFβ1阳性细胞的半定量计数和TGFβ1染色强度及面积的定量分析。

Seepage fluid LPO content from thoracicoabdominal cavity was much higher than that of leakage fluid (P.001). Free radical reaction exist in all sorts of cells, the highest was in the platelet. After peroxidation, serum levels of LPO was much higher in noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus, hypertension and coronary heart disease than in normal controls(P.001).The higher the quality of edible vegetable oil, the lower the content of LPO.

Methods CAE-Abs were evaluated by western blot assay in 33 patients with MG(16 cases with and 17 cases without thymoma),normal adults for 10 cases and 18 cases of other diseases.

结果：三组患者的平均UI水平高于国际碘缺乏理事会规定的适碘范围，HT患者的UI水平较正常人显著升高（P.05）；在AITD患者UI水平的升高伴随着甲状腺肿大、眼部并发症等临床症状的加重，高碘组与适碘组相比差异有显著性（P.05），且随着UI水平的提高，TGAb和TPOAb阳性百分率明显提高，不同UI水平各组间和每两组间有显著差异(P.05)。

56 cases with hyperthyrea were randomized into two groups; group A1 was treated by classic method, B1 was treated by classic method combined with prunrllae oral solution. IL-6 mRNA,gp80 mRNA and gp130 mRNA in freshly-isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 18 active and 16 inactive LN patients,as well as 10 healthy subjects were measured by quantitative reverse transcriptive polymerase chain reaction.Results Significant levels of IL-6 mRNA were expressed in 13 (72.2%) of 18 active cases,whereas in 6 (37.5%) of 16 inactive cases and in 1 (10.0%) of 10 normal subjects.

结果 ①活动期LN患者、非活动期LN患者及正常人PBMCs IL-6 mRNA检出阳性率各为72.2%、37.5%和10.0%，前者显著高于后两者，而后两者PBMCs IL-6 mRNA的检出阳性率差异则无显著性；这三组人群PBMCs内gp80 mRNA与gp130 mRNA的检出阳性率均无统计学差异。
