结果，白血病人血清中的磷脂信号强度相对正常人明显偏低，反映了对应的PC及含量相对正常人偏低，尤其对初发未治疗的病人，差别更加明显。

Results 73 differentially expressed protein peaks were found between SLE patients and normal controls (P＜0.05), in which, 44 peaks had very significant difference (P＜0.01). Detection model of protein mass spectrometry (10542 Da m/z and 2554 Da m/z) was set up by ZUCIPDAS software with the discriminate rate and accuracy rate as 100%, which could distinguish the sample from SLE and normal persons. 10542 Da protein expression peak missed in SLE might be the mixed protein fragments peak of HLA gene family, while the 2554 Da protein expression peak might be a SLE-specific unknown protein.

结果SLE患者治疗前与正常人比较，找出差异表达蛋白峰73个（P.05），其中44个峰有非常显著性差异（P.01），用ZUCIPDAS软件建立的蛋白质质谱检测模型（10542 Da m/z和2554 Da m/z）的判别率和正确率均为100%，可以通过以上两个峰将SLE与正常人区别开来，10542 Da SLE缺失表达的质荷峰可能是HLA基因家族相关的多个蛋白片段的混合峰，而2554 Da可能是SLE特异表达的未知蛋白峰。

Methods: The primary PAEC had been cultured and passage with porcine autoserum. PAECs were plated in 96-well microculture plates, and incubated with 5%AB normal human serum, 5% heat-inactivated FCS and 5% no heat-inactivated FCS for 6 days respectively, then the survival rates were detected by MTT chromatic test and expression of heme oxygenase 1 (HO-1) was observed by immunohistochemical method after these PAECs had been incubated with 25% NHS for 2 hours.

以猪自体血清原代培养PAEC并传代，接种于96孔板后分别以5%正常人血清、胎牛血清和补体灭活的胎牛血清诱导6d，加入25%正常人血清，以MTT比色法检测细胞的存活率，并以免疫组化的方法观察各组HO-1的表达情况。

After nucleosides were extracted from urine on phenyl boronic acid affinity chromatography, the analysis was performed on a column (46 mm id×250 mm, 5 μm) at 22 ℃ using a linear gradient elution comprising 25 mmol/L KH2PO4 solution (pH 455) and 60% methanol in water with UV detection at 260 nm.

用该法测定了41例肠癌患者和52例正常人尿中15种核苷的含量(用核苷与肌酐的摩尔比表示，下同)，结果表明肠癌患者中有12种核苷的含量比正常人显著性增高(P 001)。以15种核苷的含量作为参量，结合主成分分析区分正常人和肠癌患者，对癌症病人的识别率达76%(31/41)。

Results: On dichotic listening task, the schizophrenic patients showed a left ear advantage during the non-forced condition, while the healthy subjects a right ear advantageLI}. An accuracy level of the schizophrenic patients' right ear, however, increased dramatically during the forced-right condition. When attending to the one ear,the schizophrenic patients showed an inability to ignore irrelevant stimuli from the other ear.

结果：两耳分听实验结果显示，非注意条件时，精神分裂症患者为左耳优势，而正常人则表现为右耳优势；精神分裂症患者在注意左耳或右耳时的成绩虽有明显提高，但对另一侧耳信息的抑制能力与正常人相比明显减弱。

Result:① In NC group,the levels of plasmic and lymphocytic NO were higher in the morning than those in the afternoon.② The plasmic and lymphocytic NO were significantly decreased in CAD patients then those in NC group (P＜0.01).③The physiological NO curve disappeard in CAD patients.The concentrations were no obvious changes and maintained lower levels in 24 hours.Conclusion:As similar as other endocrinic hormones,the NO secretion was not equal in 24 hours.

结果：①正常人24 h血浆和淋巴细胞中NO分泌呈上午高、下午低的趋势，晨6时最高，下午6时呈低谷，晚10时起又渐升高至早晨；②CAD心绞痛患者血浆和淋巴细胞中NO含量明显低于正常人，其差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；③CAD患者失去了正常的NO生理性分泌曲线，血浆和淋巴细胞中24 h均在较低水平，波动范围不大。

Part 2. Measurement of macular light sensitivity and FM 100-hue test in normal prese- nium and geratic people. The macular light sensitivity 、macular foveal light sensitivi- ty in 64 (82 eyes) and hue discrimination in 75 (100 eyes) normal presenium and geratic people were examined with macular threshold (white、red、blue and green color light) program of the Humphreh Field Analyzer and FM 100-hue test respectivity. The re- sults showed that the light sensitivity in four color light threshold was all declined with age. The mean error score square of each spectral region and whole spectral was increased with age, the loss of light sensitivity and hue discrmination was a linear correlated with age. The light sensitivity of the different field was compared, except blue color light threshold, the light sensitivity was decreased with the increasing of the eccentricity, white and red color light threshold in the inferior field showed lower sensitivity than that in the superior field.

二、老年前期及老年期正常人的黄斑阈值及FM100-色调试验检测采用Humphrey视野分析仪黄斑阈值程序和FM100-色调试验仪分别对82例（82眼）和75例（100眼）老年前期及老年期正常人进行了黄斑光敏度、黄斑中心凹光敏度及色调分辨力的测定，结果显示四种色光阈值的光敏度均随年龄增加而降低，FM100-色调试验各个色区及全色区错误记分方根随年龄增加而增高，光敏度及色调分辨力的降低与年龄呈线性相关；不同视野的光敏度比较，除蓝色光阈值外，光敏度均随视野偏心度的增加而减少，视野的上半部光敏度较下半部低；视野的鼻侧与颞侧及各象限的光敏度无显著差异。

Methods The 26th exon, the 30th exon and the 21st intron of gene GP Ⅱb in 110 individuals were amplified by polymorphism and sequenced to investigate whether there was linkage among the polymorphisms of the gene. Human platelet antigen-3 (HPA-3) gene frequency was detected by Fok 1 enzyme in 147 patients with hematologic diseases, and was compared with that in 110 normal individuals. Forty-four patients who received apheresis platelet transfusion repeatedly were randomly divided into the HPA-3 homotype group and the control group. The antibodies of the platelet were detected after 3 times of platelet transfusion.

聚合酶链反应－单链构型多态性分析检测110例正常人GP Ⅱb基因第26和30外显子(Exon 26， Exon 30)及21内含子(Intron21)基因多态性，进行基因序分析，研究这些基因多态性是否存在连锁关系；应用Fok1酶切法对147例血液病人人类血小板抗原－3(human platelet antigen-3， HPA-3)基因进行分型，并与110例正常人进行比较；将接受单采血小板输注的44例血液病人随机分为HPA-3同型输注组和对照组，血小板输注3次以后检则血小板抗体。

Results showed that urokinase at 20U/ml was the optimal concentration used. Fibrinolysis kinetics and plasma plasminogen concentration of 27 normal persons and 27 patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia were detected, a significant difference was observed between the two groups. Repetition test showed that the coefficience of variation was 5.24±1.51%. This method could also be used to detect the concentration of plasma fibrinogen.

结果 初步建立了正常人纤溶动力学分析参数，确定了20U/ml尿激酶为最适试验浓度，检测22例正常人，27例急性髓细胞白血病患者纤溶动力学及纤溶酶原含量，显示患病组较正常组差异有显著意义(P.05， P.01)，重复性试验显示该方法的变异系数为(5.42±1.51)%，并可同步测定血浆纤维蛋白原浓度。

It is also found that the level of IL-18BPa has a negative correlation with PASI score. This finding indicates that IL-18BPa as an inhibitor decreases in the plasma of psoriatic patients.

我们既往的研究发现银屑病血清中存在细胞因子异常，本文的研究发现银屑病患者血浆中IL-18BPa的浓度比正常人减少，进行期血浆中的浓度最低，退行期血浆中的浓度与正常人相近，与银屑病PASI评分呈负相关性，说明在银屑病外周血中存在抑制因子IL-18BPa的下降，IL-18/IL-18BP负反馈环路的异常，使Th1反应增强，可能在银屑病的发病机制中起到重要作用。
