The experimental result display system is useful with commercial webcam. The system is stable with the situation in there are no the same color as marked color in background. In clinical experiment for patients with frozen shoulder, the result display system has diacritic ability of the action of the patients. The system is the feasible evaluation tool for shoulder joint assessment.

实验结果显示，此系统适用於现市售网路摄影机，在背景色调不与辨识色重覆的情况下，以正常人测试稳定度高；临床测试中针对五十肩患者进行测试，结果显示系统有评估肩关节活动障碍程度的能力，因此本系统因适合作为评估肩关节障碍患者的辅助工具。

Ervertebralis of scoliosis goat apical vertebral,there is no significant difference in distribution of any two sections' sympathetic fiber in normal peoples annulus fibrosus disci intervertebralis,and there is significant difference between the sympathetic fiber distribution of convex side and concave side in annulus fibrosus disci intervertebralis of AIS apical vertebral-the sympathetic nerve supply of convex side to gain advantage concave side.

结果成功构建山羊脊柱侧凸模型，研究发现正常山羊椎间盘纤维环四个区的交感神经分布无显著差异；侧凸山羊顶椎区椎间盘凸凹侧纤维环交感神经分布无显著差异；正常人椎间盘纤维环四个区的交感神经分布无显著差异；青少年特发性脊柱侧凸患者顶椎区椎间盘凸凹侧纤维环交感神经分布有显著差异，凸侧明显多于凹侧。

The iris radius of 60 (93 eye) patients with early pupillary block primary angle closure glaucoma was measured with this method, it showed:(1) there was a statistically significant difference in iris radius between the patients with early stage primary pupillary block angle closure glaucoma and the normal subjucts (53 cases 106 eye) with the age matched group (P.01),(2) it is proved with the stepwise discriminatory analysis that the iris radius-the most significant bio-anatomic parameter of the anterior segment is usefull to diagnose early primary pupillary block angle closure glaucoma by stepwise discriminatory analysis.

本研究用此测量法测量了60例93只眼早期原发性瞳孔阻滞性闭角型青光眼的虹膜曲率半径，发现：（1）早期原发性瞳孔阻滞性闭角型青光眼患者的虹膜曲率半径小于同年龄正常人（53例106眼）的虹膜曲率半径，其差异具有显著性统计学意义（P.01）；（2）经多因素逐步判别分析证明本研究所提出的活体眼前节解剖学测量参数——虹膜曲率半径有助于原发性瞳孔阻滞性闭角型青光眼早期诊断。

METHODS: Internal carotid artery,eye artery and central retinal artery of 40 patients with simple eye ischemic ophthalmopathy(40 normal eyes and 40 eyes with disease) and 40 normal volunteers whose eyes were taken as control group with 40 normal eyes of patients were examined by IU22 type color Dopper ultrasound.

采用IU22型超声诊断仪对40例已确诊的单眼缺血性眼病患者40眼，对照组采用患者的另一相对健康眼40眼及正常人40例40眼，进行颈内动脉、眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉检查。

Gene mutations were detected in 25 patients and a 18-year-old girl among 16 families. Trinucleotide repeats of CAG were 73～79. The fragments of abnormal alleles were 380～402bp, and all patients were heterozygous. The copy numbers of normal alleles were 18～40, fragments from 202～270bp. SCV reduction was much obvious compared to MCV, MCV and SCV in lower limb ?ere much more slow than that in upper's. BAEP, VEP were also delayed in latency. The anticipation in parental sex bias were much more obvioius than that in matental's. Cerebellar ataxia was most severe, the next were dysarthria and bulging eyes. Amytrophy was seen only in bed ridden patients. Cerebellar atrophy was more severe than brain stem, cord atrophy was n't observed in all MJD.

结果检出10个家系25例病人及1例症状前18岁女孩有MJD基因突变，CAG三核苷酸重复73～79次，异常等位基因片段长380～402bp，均为杂合子；正常人CAG三核苷酸重复18～40次，等位片段长200～270bp，电生理发现MJD的SCV减慢比MCV明显，而下肢的MCV、SCV又较上肢明显，BAEP、VEP均有不同程度的潜伏期延长或波的异常；MJD的父亲遗传早于母亲，进展也较块，临床以小脑性共济失调为突出症状，其次为构音障碍、突眼等，肌肉萎缩仅见于晚期病人；MRI示小脑萎缩较明显，脑干萎缩并不严重，未见明显的颈髓萎缩。
