In this study we quantitatively evaluated, by a stable paralysis/stableinfusion rate method, the difference between two standardizedparalysis levels—train-of-four count of 2 responsesand posttetanic count of 2. Ten ASA physical status I–IIconsenting adult patients scheduled for elective surgery wereanesthetized (sufentanil/propofol), tracheally intubated, mechanicallynormoventilated with a fixed O2/air mixture, and normothermic;oropharynx and thenar temperatures were maintained above 36°and 32.5°C, respectively.

Conclusions— Moderate and severe prearrest left ventricular systolic dysfunction was associated with substantially lower rates of survival to hospital discharge compared with normal or nearly normal function.

In the presence of L-isoproterenol (through local infusion into area CA1), the theta-pulse stimulation with the parameter of 10 Hz, 150 pulses/train, 1 train, a frequency weakly modifying synaptic strength, induced a robust LTP, and this effect was blocked when DL-propranolol was co-administered. By contrast, the theta-pulse stimulation with the parameter of 5 Hz, 150 pulses/train, 3 train, a frequency strongly modifying synaptic strength, induced a significantly smaller LTP when DL-propranolol was administered into area CA1. Accordingly, DL-propranolol impaired rat's spatial learning in the water maze when infused into area CA1 20min pretraining.

Methods］ 36 twomonthold rabbits with white feather and black eyes,half male and half female,were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group,model group,xiangsha liujun pill group, lizhu changle group, lowdose leweiyintreated group,highdose leweiyintreated group.except the normal group, others were made into ibs model of spleen deficiency which was induced by damp heat stress and gavage with fanxieye as well as method of either hunger or gorge.the drug groups were administered preventively from the mediumterm of the model reproduction to the end of modeling.the rabbits of each group were observed.no,nos,mda,sod in serum and sp in colonic membrane were detected.

方法］两月龄白毛黑眼兔36只，雌雄各半，随机分为6组：正常组、模型组、香砂6君丸组、丽珠肠乐组、乐胃饮低剂量组、乐胃饮高剂量组。除正常组外，其余whbe兔采用湿热环境应激联合番泻叶灌胃加饥饱失常复合方法致脾虚泄泻型ibs模型。从模型复制的中期开始各用药组预防给药，至造模结束。观察各组1般情况，测定血清no、nos、mda、sod含量及结肠黏膜组织中sp含量。

1.2 研究对象 2000例健康查体者在排除了高血压史、冠心病、脑血管病、糖尿病、前列腺肥大、肝炎、慢性支气管炎、胃肠炎等疾病及既往史后选取42例，根据其血压状态分为正常血压组（a组，14例，男10例，女4例，年龄46～58岁，平均52岁），正常高值组（b组，14例，男9例，女5例，年龄45～79岁，平均67.1岁），高血压组（c组，14例，男8例，女6例，年龄50～82岁，平均69.6岁）。

Results: The number of labelled NOS-positive neurons and NGF-positive neurons was respectively increased significantly (P.01) in pterygopalatine ganglion of the allergic rhinitis rats.
