In the F 2 segregative population, heading date deviated to early\|mature parent in the treatment of reciperocal cross and its combination with irradiation, indicating that cytoplasm and irradiation could promote the heading. In F 3 the expressive frequency of (5+10) gene in the cross was lower than that in reciperocal cross, and irradiation treatment could raise the expressive frequency of(5+10) gene. These results showed varience in different crosses.
