By using IR ,XRD ,TG and ;n-butylamine titrimetry ,the catalysis of heteropolyacidic salt were studied and the its activity may be connected with acidic centre owned by heteropolyacidic salts.

以波谱数据及其理化性质鉴定为：Sarracenin(1)，2-甲基-5-羟基-7-O-咖啡酸乙酯色原酮(2)，柚皮素(3)，2-甲基-5，7-二羟基色原酮(4)，2-甲基-6-羟基苯丙烯酸甲酯(5)，圣草酚(6)，槲皮素(7)，柚皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside)(8)，圣草酚-7-O-α-D-葡萄糖苷(eriodictyol-7-O-α-D-glucoside)(9)，槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(quercetin--3-O-β-D-glucoside)(10)；另外从正丁醇萃取部位分离得到1个化合物，以波谱数据和文献对照鉴定为：Morroniside(11)。

In this work, the effects of culture factors ( MET, IBA, culture medium and culturing in dark) on root formation were studied in tissue culture of Celastrus angulatus. The results showed that the root induction was significantly affected by duration of culture in dark, while other factors were least effective.
