The treatment group（n=40） was treated with SASP（0.5g,4 times per day for oral use）,Danshen injection（20ml added in 5% glucose）combined with Liushen pill,Yunnan white powder retention enema,there were not immunosuppressive agent,odynolysis and constipating remedy for use;the control group（n=39） was treated SASP（1.0,4 times per day for oral use）combined with gentamycin and smectite retention enema,the course of treatment were 8 weeks,we observed the two groups therapeutic effects,the mucosa change under colonoscope,bowel mucosa pathohistology changes and drug adverse reaction.

治疗组44例，SASP（0.5g，4次/d，口服），丹参注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖静滴联合六神丸、云南白药保留灌肠，不用激素、免疫抑制剂及止痛、止泻药物；对照组39例SASP（1.0g，4次/d，口服）及庆大霉素、思密达保留灌肠。疗程8周。观察两组临床效果、结肠镜下黏膜改变、肠黏膜病理组织学变化及药物不良反应。
