针对湿法炼锌过程中，常规的铁矾法、喷淋法等除铁工艺存在渣量大、周期长、能耗高以及渣二次污染等缺陷和不足，并借鉴国外除铁新动向，进行了磷酸盐除铁法的试验研究，获得了较满意的结果。

After washed with double-distilled water (10min x 5times), the scaffold were freeze-dried again to obtain the EDAC/NHS treated collagen/chitosan scaffold. The scaffolds were immersed in 75% ethanol for over night for sterilization, followed with solvent exchange by PBS for 5 times at least.
