Defatted wheat germ was micronized by comibmed method of hammer mill and colloid mill in order to increase the extraction rate of protein, followed by steps of alkali extraction and ultrafilter concentration, respectively. A quadratic mathematical model was developed statistically by means of Box-Behnken central composite design and response surface methodology.

The results are as follows:Defatted wheat germ was micronized useing both hammer mill and colloid mill to increase the extraction rate of protein, followed by alkali extraction and ultrafiltration, respectively. A quadratic mathematical model was statistically constructed by using of Box-Behnken central composite design and response surface methodology. Under the optimized processing parameters of 23μm particle sizes, pH 9.5 and 51℃, a maximum extraction rate, 68.6%, was achieved, which is 30.63% higher than that of non- micronized wheat germ (passing through 80 mesh sieve).

In order to reduce the corrosion of acidic paint stripper to aeronautical metals and provide with better anti-corrosion additive for AIL4130, TC4, LY12, and 20(superscript #) steel, a series of inhibitors and their composite were investigated. Weight loss experiment, Tafel curves measurement and SEM observation were carried out for the above metals in the formic acid solution which was normally used in the paint stripper. The experimental results indicate that the optimizing composite inhibitor consists of sodium benzoate, 2-thiourea, hexamethylenetetramine, sodium laurylsulfonate and 1, 2, 3-benzotriazole.

The learning algorithms of the BP and dynamic neural network are researched at the same time. Furthermore, while the engine operation is divided into the start and steady-state processes, the real time ability, the response time, the accuracy, the robustness, the sensitivity and the monitoring parameter optimization are studied. In the test data analyses of the YF-75 engine, the detection system correctly carried out for all normal tests, and in the three abnormal tests the engine faults were accurately forecasted.
