The techniques for measuring Hevea laticiferous turgor pressure which have been reported are summarized. The commonly used three methods used for measuring Hevea laticiferous turgor pressure have their limitation in deep and systematic observation of the variation of Hevea laticiferous turgor pressure and are not involved in the study of the variation of laticiferous turgor pressure under the normal ethrel stimulated tapping system. A possibility of using an improved cell pressure probe method which has been recently established for other plants is discussed in accurate measurement of the real time variation of Hevea laticiferous turgor pressure.

本文综述了橡胶树乳管膨压的测定技术及其变化规律的研究结果，发现现有的几种乳管膨压测定技术均存在一定缺憾，对乳管膨压变化规律的研究也因测定方法等的限制不够深入、系统，且未与目前生产上普遍使用的乙烯利刺激割胶制度联系起来；并展望了将植物细胞压力探针技术改进后用于橡胶树乳管膨压测定研究的可能性。

It was studied that the process of the somaticembryogenesis and analyzed that the problem existing in technique of in vitro morphogeny in Hevea to ground for that to probe into the method to improve the technology of tissue culture in Hevea with the techniques of transgene and to improve the ability of somatic embryogenesis and plant percentage of embryoid in Hevea.

本试验以巴西橡胶树，海垦2的花药为外植体，诱导体胚的发生，对体细胞胚发生方式及发育过程做了一系列的组织学观察，分析了橡胶树体细胞胚发生的各个过程以及畸形胚的形成原因，初步结果如下： 1 橡胶花药体细胞胚主要以间接方式发生。

The results showed that:(1) low N stress significantly decreased the leaf SPAD value, leaf nitrogen content, nitrate reductase activity and reduced distance between leaf-umbrella, leaf area. And these impact aggrandized as the stress intensity increased.(2) Responses to low-N stress were in different degrees between different varieties of rubber tree seedlings. On the whole, GT1 was most sensitive to stress, PR107 next, and RRIM600 was the least sensitive.(3) The SPAD value, DBL, LA were significantly positive correlated with LNC, NRA in the seedling leaves.

结果表明：（1）缺N胁迫明显降低了叶片SPAD值、叶片N含量和硝酸还原酶活性，缩小了叶蓬距、叶面积，且影响幅度随胁迫强度的加大而增大；（2）不同品种橡胶树实生苗对缺N胁迫的响应程度不同，总体上GT1较为敏感，PR107次之，RRIM600较不敏感；（3）橡胶树实生苗叶片SPAD值、叶蓬距、叶面积与叶片N含量、硝酸还原酶活性之间均呈显著或极显著正相关。
