Methods:Twelve patients with fresh transverse fracture of patella were reviewed in the study.The hemarthrosis,blood clot,fracture fragments and soft tissues between them were cleared with arthroscopy.With the help of C-arm X-ray,the fracture was reduced with manipulation method.After the articular facet reached anatomical reduction,two Kirschners were inserted percutaneously from proximal end to distal end of fracture to fix the fragments,Two hollow screw were put along the approach of Kirschners,and tension band fixation was performed with the shape of "8".Results:All the patients were followed up averagely 12.4 months.

12例新鲜髌骨横骨折患者通过关节镜清理关节腔内的血凝块、碎骨块和骨折块之间嵌顿的软组织，直视下观察骨折复位情况以指导骨折复位固定，在C形臂X线透视下帮助骨折复位，关节镜观察关节面解剖复位后，经皮从近折端向远折端平行打入2枚克氏针固定骨折块，顺克氏针拧入2枚中空螺钉，拔除克氏针，顺螺钉空心导入钢丝，行张力带&8&字固定。

Methods: The distal 1/3 of eighty humeri was scanned by 16 layer spiral CT. The morphologic features of the intramedullary bony prominence above the olecranon fossa were observed and described on coronal, sagittal and transverse section after three-dimensional reconstruction. Then the distal 1/3 of twenty humeri was splitted vertically along the coronal midline for observing the intramedullary bony crista.

应用16层CT对80根肱骨远段1/3进行扫描，三维重建成像后，从冠状面、矢状面和横截面观察并描述鹰嘴窝上髓腔内骨性突起的形态特点，然后将20根肱骨远段1/3在冠状面上从中线纵行剖开，对髓腔内骨嵴行直观的观察。

Methods:①Make clinical scale of the magnitude of the tongue and the palate to the group of the OSAHS and the normal control②Successive scanning of the upper airway at the states of the normal inspiration and under the Müller action on both normal controls and the OSAHS patients with multi-slice spiral computed tomography. The scope of scanning was from the roof of nasopharynx to the level of hypohyal, bonding multiplate volume reconstruction,using the image workstation to survey the cross section area, sagittal diameter, coronal diameter on the soft tissue thickness in the lateral pharyngealwall and posterior wall of the pharynx, and the postzone of soft palate, uvula palatine ,tongue and epiglottis.

采用高分辨率多排CT(multi-slice spiral computed tomography，MSCT)对正常人和OSAHS患者的上呼吸道分别在平静吸气状态下以及Müller动作下进行连续扫描，扫描范围从鼻咽顶部至舌骨下缘，图象进行三维重建，应用图像工作站测量正常人和OSAHS患者的软腭后区(retropalatal region，RP)、悬雍垂后区(uvula region，UV)、舌后区(retroglossal region，RG)和会厌后区(epiglottal region，EPG)气道横截面积(cross section area，CSA)、矢状径、冠状径、咽侧壁和咽后壁软组织厚度以及舌体大小(包括舌体长度、舌体最宽处的宽度、中纵切面面积，舌背高度)。

The animal model can be established through transverse osteotomy at bilateral iliopectineal crest,which is an effective method to study the mechanism of compression and bone formation at pelvis and acetabulum.Anatomic fixation and persistent compression corresponding with physiological line of force with ATMFS can promote bone union.

通过双侧髋臼臼顶上方的横形截骨能够建立可靠的骨盆弓状线部骨折动物模型，ATMFS的解剖位固定和其产生的持续顺应生理力线的压应力能够促进骨折愈合。

One group(37cases) was treated by intertransverse fusion treatment.

目的：比较横突间植骨融合与椎间融合器治疗腰椎滑脱的疗效。

OBJECTIVE: To explore the performance of xenogenic deproteinized bone scaffold for tissue-engineered bone and the effect on spinal intertransverse fusion in goats.

目的：探讨异种脱蛋白松质骨作为骨组织工程支架的性能，及其在山羊脊柱横突间融合中的作用。

One group(37cases) was treated by intertransverse fusion treatment.

收集我院住院治疗的81例患者，分为两组分别进行横突间植骨融合(37例)及椎间融合器融合（44例）治疗，分析二种方法对腰椎滑脱症的疗效。

Results The computational results of force and pressure transmission through normal carpus matched well with previous studies. The release of TCL resulted in radial and palmar displacement of the scaphoid, flexion and radial rotation of radiocarpal joint as well as a further radial deviation of the whole carpal tunnel.

结果 腕部载荷传递及关节接触应力分布情况与前人实验数据相当接近；腕横韧带的切除导致舟骨发生向桡侧和掌侧的偏移，以及掌向屈曲和向桡侧的转动，而整个腕管结构则产生更大的桡侧偏移。
