We also observed and measured the distance and section of some muscles such as long muscle of neck、long muscle of head、sternocleidomastoid、trapezius、longissimus、inultifidus、splenius、semispinal muscle of head、semispinal muscle of neck、anterior scalene、middle scalene 、posterior scalene et al. We achieved the moment of force and downloaded the force in the model .We also added gravity of head.

通过横截面积肌力计算法，测量尸体颈椎周围的主要肌肉：胸锁乳突肌、斜方肌、头长肌、颈长肌、肩胛提肌、夹肌、前斜角肌、中斜角肌、后斜角肌、多裂肌等的横截面积及其与颈椎纵轴的中心距数值，求得力矩值，直接或根据力矩等价公式间接的将肌力值加载于模型体表各点。

Methods: Selected 93 confirmed cases with hypospadias during May 2003 to Sep 2009. Patients in balanic type were treated with meatal advancement and glandularp lasty; patients with urethra orifice at 2/3 of corpus penis accompanied with slight chordee of penis were treated with Snodgrass method or Onlay method; patients with severe chordee of penis were treated with Duckett method; patients in scrotum or perineum type were treated with combination of Duplay and Duckett; severe hypospadia patients were treated with curved pedicle penis-scrotum and skin flap urethroplasty; patients with good outer plate of ventral prepuce and chordee of penis were treated with ventral pedicle hooded foreskin flap.

选取2003年5月～2008年9月期间收治的93例确诊尿道下裂患者，对阴茎头型患者采用尿道口前移、阴茎头成形法；尿道口在阴茎体外2/3段伴有阴茎轻度下弯者采用尿道板纵切卷管法或加盖岛状皮板法（Snodgrass术或On-lay术）；有严重阴茎下弯的所有阴茎体型采用横裁或纵裁包皮岛状皮瓣尿道成形；阴囊型或会阴型用阴囊中缝皮管加横裁包皮岛状皮瓣成形尿道（Duplay联合Duckett术）；对重度尿道下裂患儿采用弧形带蒂阴茎阴囊联合皮瓣尿道成形术；对腹侧包皮外板发育良好患儿及合并阴茎下曲的患儿采用腹侧带蒂帽状包皮皮瓣法。

Results One case with transverse mesocolon pore hernia, one with obturator hernia and one with paracecal hernia were confirmed by exploratory laparotomy. There were six cases whose hernias resulted from the fall of export jejuna into import jejuna after Billroth II anastomoses in front of colons, five from the pelvic bottoms' peritoneal fissure and four from the fissure appearing between descending colon and lateral abdominal wall after Miles' operation, one from greater omental adhesion to sigmoidal wall after sigmoidostomy, and one from inflammatory adhesion on the basis of Meckel's diverticulum. The other 17 cases' hernias (48.7%) were caused by the fissure among celiac adhesive bands, peritonea, celiac organs, enteric walls and intestines.

结果 剖腹探查手术证实为横结肠系膜裂孔疝1例；闭孔疝1例；盲肠旁疝1例；毕Ⅱ式结肠前吻合术后输出段空肠疝入输入段空肠与横结肠系膜间隙6例；Miles术后盆底腹膜裂开所致内疝5例；Miles术后降结肠与侧腹壁形成的间隙致内疝4例；大网膜与乙状结肠造口肠壁粘连形成内疝1 例；1例在梅克尔憩室基础上发生炎性粘连形成腹内疝；因腹腔粘连带与腹膜、腹腔脏器、肠壁、肠与肠之间的孔隙改变形成内疝17例（48.7%）。

Among them,5 were＜2 years old,6 with craniofacial deformity:small mandible andmandibular retrusion(5 cases),transverse facial cleft(1 case),Down's syndrome(2 cases),cerebral palsy(2 cases),chronic bronchitis(3 cases)and mucopolysaccharidoses(1 case).Nineteen patients with symptoms of snoring, mouth breathing,were diagnosised as OSAHS by polysemnographyand treated by tonsillectomy andadenoidectomy in hospital.All patients were closely followed-up.

全组患儿中年龄＜2岁者5例，伴有颅面部畸形者6例(小下颌、下颌后缩5例，面横裂1例)，Down综合征2例，脑瘫2例，伴有慢性支气管炎者3例，黏多糖病1例。19例患儿均住院行整夜多道睡眠监测并接受扁桃体和腺样体切除手术，并对所有患儿进行随访。
