我们报告一位四十岁的女性患者，来诊时呈现胸壁凹陷及单侧乳房发育不全，经评估后，我们经由腋下小型切口创造一个皮下袋並转移去上皮化的横式腹直肌茎肌皮瓣来重建患者乳房。
