The article first give out a conclusion that consumption structure of Chinese urban residents is on the stage of comparatively well-off ; Making use of Extended Linear Expenditure Systemand utilizing time series analysis、cross data analysis、angle index analysis and elasticity analysis,we find the following characters in consumption structure of Chinese urban residents in transition age: the generally comparatively low consumption level,evolving to optimization in general consumption structure,paying more attention to material consumption but less attention to culture consumption and service consumption,crosswise duality,consumption identically.

文章对目前我国城镇居民消费结构所处阶段作出了判断，认为已经处于总体小康型消费阶段；借助扩展线性支出系统模型，运用时间序列分析、横截面数据分析、恩格尔系数分析和弹性分析等手段，我们发现转型时期我国城镇居民消费结构具有总体消费水平偏低、运动方向逐步趋于优化、重物质消费、轻文化和劳务消费、横向二元化、雷同化等特征。

In this paper the new type structure has been calculated and analyzed by using finite element method and common software ANSYS. This paper also has designed the other wharf components just as horizontal beam, deck, horizontal contact beam, arc foot, berthing member, platform and pile foundation.

A correlation of the experimentaldynamic response of the vessels with the theoretical finite element calculations ispresented and discussed.1 The response of the end caps is dominated by transverseand torsional deformation of the plates.The membrane strain is negligible compareto the lateral strain.2 In the lengthwise direction of the inner cylinder,themembrane strain has the same magnitude as that of the bending strain. But for theouter cylinder,the former is much smaller than the later at the same direction.3 Forboth the inner shell and the outer shell,hoop strains are primarily due to themembrane deformation.The amplitude of the circumferential flexural strain isconsiderably small.4 Peak strains in the vicinity of the connection portion of theend caps and the shells are very high.This is important to assess the safety of thecontainer in case of repeated use or tests.5 The applying load to the end cap isdifferent from that to the inner shell plate, but peak stains and nodal displacementsof these two structural parts are nearly the same.It can be inferred that the dynamicresponse of the end cap is greatly affected by the structural vibration excited by theimpulsive loading.

结果表明：1在本文所考虑的载荷水平下，平板变形以板的横向弯曲和扭曲为主，中面应变幅值比较小。2对于内容器，其纵向变形中弯曲应变和中面应变大小接近；而对于外容器，其纵向变形以弯曲为主，中面变形比较小。3内、外壳体的环向变形主要是中面应变，弯曲应变分量很小。4平板和壳体连接处应变很大，这对于多次使用或实验时评价结构安全有指导意义。5尽管内筒底板和大封头上的作用载荷有一定差别，但应变峰值和节点位移峰值基本相近，这说明脉冲载荷激发起来的结构振动对封头的动态响应有很大影响。

According to the theory of producer behavior, POEs is on the way from stageⅠto stage Ⅱ,economic interests increasing;COEs is on the end of stageⅡ,economic interests decreasing;SOEs on stage Ⅲ,economic interests is negatively increasing.Model analyzing method shows that scale economic doesn't exist in SOEs and COEs, but POEs is the reverse.B. Different owning right enterprises have great differences in the respect of capital scale,product making and selling processes, at last SOEs and COEs' economic interests is much less than that of POEs. Scale economic doesn't exist in SOEs and COEs, POEs have the potential of developing scale economic, furthermore, the new-coming horizontal in the horizontal structure have the good situation.
