In this paper authors introduce the concept of measurability of a fuzzy random function,and solve the basic theoretical problem of measurability of fuzzy random functions successfully.

本文首次引入了模糊随机函数的可测性的基本概念，并且成功地解决了模糊随机函数的可测性这一最基本的理论问题。

Problems that result from high-speed movement of the equipment in measurement unit, including image mistiness, repetition and skip, are deeply analyzed. And the processing time is tested. The result indicates that image processing algorithm is accurate, fast, and robust. The simulation result of fuzzy controller, which is gained through Matlab, indicates that the fuzzy control system can accurately determine cutter's number. The experiment of cutter indicates that the resistance thread can meet the demand.

分析了检测单元中装备高速作业带来的图像模糊和重复遗漏问题，测试了图像处理算法的时间，结果表明设计的算法准确、快速、适应性强；利用Matlab对模糊控制算法进行仿真，仿真结果表明控制算法能准确地确定刀具编号；切破刀具的试验表明设计的电阻丝刀具能满足要求。

Segmentation and extraction of the target feature points from the unregistered, noisy data set of human body scanning and measuring are discussed. We have fitted the noise scanned data line with KS principal curve, which is based on the K-means theory. The crossing zero of curvature was used to segment and estimate the position of target feature points. And optimization scheme named variable fuzzy partition is also presented to improve the searching for local feature area.

使用基于K-means思想的KS主曲线算法，对国家人体尺寸测量工作中产生的带噪声扫描线数据集合进行非线性拟合，并依据曲率分布特征提出对目标特征点空间位置进行模糊分区估计的方法；同时提出了变量化模糊分区的优化策略，大幅度地提高了局部特征区域搜索的效率。

By employing the theory of ∑Γ－fuzzy truth degree, the concepts of Γ-pseudometric on F was proposed in the propositional logic system Ln. The results obtained can complement and enhance the original theory of metrology of logic, and can give a new frame for fuzzy reasoning study.

Having combination of the theory of truth degree in metrology of logic with the theory of ∑-α-tautologies in fuzzy logic, which have been introduced by professor G.J.Wang, the theory of ∑Γ-truth degree was introduced, and its properties which induce a pseudometric on F were investigated. The results gained have complemented and enhanced the original theory, and the work delivers a new frame for fuzzy reasoning.

将模糊命题逻辑中的∑-α-重言式理论与计量逻辑学中的真度理论相结合，在经典二值命题演算系统L中引入了公式相对于有限理论的∑Γ-真度理论，较为详细地讨论了它们的性质，并利用∑Γ-真度的性质在公式集F上引入了ρΓ-伪距离，对原有的理论进行了加强和补充，为在模糊命题逻辑系统的有限理论中讨论结论的程度化问题奠定了基础。

We consider that fussy comprehensive evaluation method with weighted average matrix is suitable for the evaluation of Chinese little towns'sludge disposal and utilization through analyzing and comparing the comprehensive methods at present. This method conquers the disadvantage of using fussy matrix signally, which will ignores many affecting elements resulting in an inaccurate result.

通过对现有的综合评价理论和方法的分析比较，认为结合加权平均矩阵算法的模糊综合评判方法是适合中国小城镇污泥处置与资源化方式的决策评价的方法，该方法克服了单独使用模糊矩阵的算法忽略很多影响因素，结果不准确的缺陷，有效地提高了决策评价的准确度。

In this paper, the largest subordinative principle of Fuzzy Set Theory is adopted to afford the fundamental parameters for evaluating various achievements in scientific researches, and to establish the general formula of the fuzzy set and the general indexes for evaluation.
