模拟试验

In the high efficiency oil removal technology aspect, the theory study and application experiment of air sparged liquid-liquid hydrocyclone was carried out, enlightened by the air sparged solid-liquid hydrocyclone. Firstly, the strength and movement of dispersed phase was analyzed in theory, it was proved that the air bubble-oil drop polymer trend to move to the axes of hydrocyclone. Secondly, using CFD method, the characteristics of oil-air-water flow field were studied, including velocity distribution, pressure distribution, turbulent motion energy and its dissipation distribution. The characteristics and separation effect under different air injection methods were simulated. Thirdly, the separation ex-periment of air sparged liquid-liquid hydrocyclone was carried out at Lab. The major structure parameters of the hydrocyclone were optimized, the reasonable air injection method and performance parameters were determined through 4 groups of air injection experiments.

首先，对气携旋流场中分散相粒子的受力及运动进行了理论分析，证明了气泡与油滴形成的聚合体，更易于向轴心运动；其次，应用CFD方法，研究了油-气-水三相流场的速度分布、压力分布、湍动能及其耗散率分布特性，对不同注气方式的流场特性及分离效果进行了数值模拟；第三，开展了气携液-液旋流分离特性室内研究，优化了旋流器的主要结构参数，对四种注气方式的分离效率进行了对比，确定了合理的注气方式和操作参数；最后，在油田现场开展了处理聚驱采出污水工艺试验，确定了工艺运行参数，评价了处理效果。

Through simulating with thermal simulator Gleeble-1500 the controlledcooling process of φ9mm high-carbon steel wire after spited out, the effect of the various controlled-cooling process parameters on the mechanical performance of the wire is researched, the best cooling system under the test conditions got, the valuable theoretic reference for practical production offered.

通过利用热模拟机Gleeble-1500对φ9mm 高碳钢线材吐丝后控制冷却过程的模拟，研究了控冷工艺参数的变化对高碳钢线材力学性能的影响，得到了试验条件下最佳的控冷工艺制度，为实际生产提供了有价值的理论参考。

According to the comparison analysis for the force-displacement relationship obtained from stets of earthquake simulation tests for 3 RC single story structures and the quasi-static test for one RC single story structure (identical with the former 3 models), as well as the analyses for the natural frequency change of the 3 RC single story structures with the increase of the excitation levels, it is found that the accumulated hysteretic energy-dissipation capacity is critical for the structural safety even after serious damage.

本文首先通过对近场破坏性地震动的特性分析，给出了脉冲型地震动的量化定义，并通过研究归一化反应谱变化规律的方法，分析了两类脉冲组合即：波前脉冲组合以及波后脉冲组合对于主脉冲作用效应的影响，总结归纳出波前脉冲与波后脉冲对主脉冲作用效应的不同贡献规律，并通过单层钢结构模型的地震模拟振动台试验验证了理论分析结果，为进一步研究揭示脉冲型地震动中主脉冲的破坏能力奠定了基础。

Maize plants were treated by the low temperature under different water conditions during seedling and tasseling periods in the artificial climate chamber to determine the impacts of low temperature, drought and their combination on maize yield in the Northeast China. Based on the results of the controlled experiment, the WOFOST model was applied to simulate the integrated impacts of low temperature and drought on maize yield.

Based on the 3D time-average Navier-Stokes equations, k-ε model was used to simulate the 3D turbulent flow field of whole flow passage in the Francis turbine including guide wickets, runner and draft tube. The energy performance and cavitation performance were predicted from the simulation results, and the calculated data were compared with the results of hydraulic turbine model experiment. The calculation of turbine efficiency and the measured efficiency was very closed and the maximal relative error was 0.9%.
