This paper set up a hardware in the loop and real-time simulate test system of 1/4 vehicle suspension.

本文构建了1／4汽车半主动悬架的硬件在环实时仿真试验系统，将S函数编程实现的线性滤波和谐波叠加模拟产生的随机路面激励用于该试验系统中，进行了时间域内路面不平度、磁流变阻尼器、被动悬架和半主动悬架的仿真及试验，采用性能评价指标对悬架性能进行评价，比较优劣。

本文在应用前人关于管道气固两相流动阻力计算实践的基础上，利用直管段和弯管段的阻力压降计算式联立求解，得到管道内气固两相流的流速和固相浓度的计算式，在此基础上，进行了试验，通过在气固两相流试验台上试验及数值模拟计算，表明该法在线检测气固两相流固相浓度和流动速度是可行的，具有方法简单、非侵入、响应速度快等优点，具有很好的工程应用价值。

After three years'' effort, the item went through with two phases:the first phase is to make multi-wave observation experiments on one organic glass cylinder that simulated the train axle and its diameter is 64mm with one aspect has scare at the 60mm on the cylinder;the second phase is to make multi-wave observation experiments on the train axle,and exploit the three-dimensional imaging software of the multi-wave computing detection automatic searching the crack.

项目组经过三年努力，分两阶段进行：第一阶段在&有机玻璃圆柱体模型&（模拟车轴，直径64 mm）上作试验；第二阶段在&有伤实物车轴模型&上作试验，分别获得&多波检测计算机自动识别伤三维成像软件系统&，用此软件系统分别在两模型上作试验，其结果与实际模型一致。

In addition to comparing the simulation with experimental results of compressor rig, the experiments on forcing the engine into stall have been conducted to verify the simulation.

Shaking table test on 1/10 building model was carried out. Through hammer blow test and sine wave swept test, the model's parameters were acquired. By earthquake wave excitation, the model's earthquake response, failure traits and aseismic property were gained. Through ratio conversion, prototype's mode parameters and aseismic capability were studied.

Home position shear tests of slope rock, point loading tests and indoor AMD simulation action tests in XingQiao concave slope had show shearing strength and coherence between body layers of quartz sandstone decrease by 13.2%~21.3% after attacked by AMD, the angle of internal friction between layers is decreased by 5.0%~7.5%, in general, AMD affects the rocks mechanical property at range of 60~100m interior the perpendicular slop. Data analysis shows: 1 The actions to slope are major focused on zone of weakness, shearing strength of slope foot and AMD centre are reduced by 52% and 64.7% separately. 2 The explosion stress wave of long distance field has obviously increasing influence to disturbance amplitude value of slope with increasing of the slope height and distance, the response of the top of slope and fault region are obvious as well as damage effect; the foot of slope is with smallest disturbance amplitude value, the disturbance amplitude value of the step close to free face is obviously bigger than the interior of slope. 3 With the coupling effect of the AMD and explosion loading, the stress distribution inside of slope mainly presents characters of explosion stress field; the area affected by AMD becomes a weak area of shearing stress.

新桥深凹露天矿边坡岩体的原位剪切试验、点载荷试验、室内模拟AMD作用试验表明：AMD蚀化后的石英砂岩，岩体层面间的抗剪强度和粘聚力减小的幅值约为13.2%~21.3%；层面间内摩擦角减小幅值在5.0%~7.5%之间；AMD一般影响垂直边坡体内部在60~100m范围内的岩体力学性质数值分析表明：AMD对边坡体的作用主要集中在弱化区域内，边坡体的底脚和AMD作用中心区域的剪切应力减少了52.0%和64.7%；(2)随着边坡体高度和距离的增加，远场爆炸应力波对边坡扰动幅值的增加趋势明显，边坡顶部和断层部位的响应突出，损伤效应明显；边坡底脚扰动幅值最小，临空面附近台阶的扰动幅值明显大于边坡体内部；(3)AMD与爆破荷载耦合作用后，边坡体内部的应力分布主要呈现出爆炸应力场的特征，AMD影响区域形成了一个剪切应力弱区。

The test results shown that consistent between the theoretical and the experimental data and simulating models reliability as well its usability in engineering was confirmed.In the dissertation, the dynamics properties of MR fluid and the relationship between its viscosity and extern-controllable magnetic field were investigated.

研制出了可控参数的磁流阻尼器试验机及其数据处理系统，为阻尼可控研究提供了试验手段；通过试验，验证了理论模型与实验结果的一致性，从而确认了模拟模型在理论分析中的可信度及在工程中的可用性。
