模拟试验

The modal tests of PCB and PCB assembly (free boundary condition and fixed boundary condition) were carried out. The equivalent elastic modulus and damping parameters of PCB can be gained, and the fixed boundary condition of finite element model was also determined. These will help to the following work. Second, drop impact tests of three different heights were carried out. Strains and acceleration responses of PCB were measured. Failed BGA packages of different test conditions were dyeing, and cross section analysis of failed solder joints was conducted. It was found in our drop tests that the root cause of lead-free solder joints under drop impact was the combined effect of mechanical shock and PCB bending vibration.

针对JEDEC标准试件的局限性，提出了设计便于统计学研究焊点可靠性的试验试件的构想，利用有限元模态分析方法确定并验证了用圆形PCB组件替代JEDEC标准试件的可行性；通过一系列模态试验和有限元模态分析，确定了圆形PCB组件的相关试验参数，这不仅为跌落碰撞下PCB组件有限元模拟确定了较为合理准确的有限元模型，而且为正确地评价跌落碰撞下PCB组件的可靠性问题奠定了基础。

The test of nuclear fuel and materials is one of the most important applications of China Advanced Research Reactor. A high-temperature and high-pressure test loop is being planed in the construction of CARR application platforms. The loop simulates the operating environment such as linear power of fuel rod, coolant pressure, flow velocity, temperature and water chemistry, etc.

核燃料和材料试验研究是即将建成的中国先进研究堆的重要应用之一，因此在现在的CARR应用平台建设规划中，将建立一个高温高压试验回路，模拟压水堆燃料元件运行条件(例如燃料棒线功率、冷却剂压力、流速、温度和水化学等)，用于今后的压水堆燃料和材料堆内试验研究。

优点是只要将救生艇降放装置一次固定在试验台上，即可进行水平状态到各种纵、横倾斜角度单一和组合来模拟母船状态的各种试验，并且使用操作简便，试验省时，投资少。

The main results of the study are obtained as follows:1 In order to analyze and study the physical and mechanical characteristics of Lianyungang marine soft clay deeply, large numbers of basic mechanical characteristics tests and tri-axial shear tests are completed.2 In order to investigate the loaded and failure characteristics of the cement-soil, the cement-soils for the different ratio and different cure time are studied in the laboratory, and their unconfined compression tests and tri-axial shear tests are performed.3 Based on the solution of one-dimension consolidation, the one-dimension consolidation of the double-layered foundation is solved for two-grade loading in virtue of transcendental equation; Simultaneously, the one-dimension consolidation of the double-layered foundation is solved by means of Laplace transform for two-grade loading, and Stehfest numerical transform is applied in Laplace's inverse transformation; Furthermore, according to the practical foundation shapes, the consolidation models of the soil between piles and the substratum are built and solved respectively.4 The effect of each parameters on the consolidation of the double-layered foundation is discussed, and the solution of load transfer method for double-layered foundation is applied in A1-A4 section of Lian-Xu expressway. The results of calculating settlement of the double-layered consolidation theory are basic agreement with the measuring settlement results.

取得了以下几方面的研究成果：1针对连云港海相软土进行一维固结和三轴剪切试验，深入分析连云港海相软土的物理力学特性。2模拟水泥土搅拌桩施工，在室内制备不同配比、不同龄期的水泥土试样，并进行无侧限抗压试验和三轴剪切试验，揭示水泥土的受力特性及破坏特性。3运用超越方程，以双层地基一维固结解析解为基础，推导出二级加荷条件下双层地基的固结解析解；同时，通过荷载传递法并借助Laplace变换对双层地基的固结问题进行了数值求解；此外，根据实际的地基结构，建立了桩间土和下卧层的固结模型并分别进行求解分析。4分析探讨了双层地基中各参数对双层地基固结的影响程度，并运用荷载传递法的解答计算了连-徐高速公路A1-A4标水泥土搅拌桩处理段的六个断面，计算结果与实测数据有较好的一致性。

To study the ecophysiological effects of low temperature stress on podocarpus fleuryi Hickel seedlings, two-year-old seedlings were selected as experimental material. We conducted comparative study. On the one hand, seedlings were separately placed in the plots located at the top, half-way-up and the foot of Jinyun Mountain (different altitudes at Jinyun Mountain led to the difference in air temperature) and subjected to winter low temperature stress. On the other hand, in laboratory, seedlings were exposed to simulated low temperature stress which were artificially controlled .

为了探讨低温胁迫对长叶竹柏幼苗的生理生态影响，本试验选取长叶竹柏的二龄幼苗为试验材料，在试验方法上采取了对比研究方法：一方面，利用缙云山不同的海拔造成的温度差异，分别将幼苗置于山顶、山腰和山脚下三个样地中，进行野外冬季自然低温胁迫处理；另一方面，在实验室中，利用人工控制的不同低温进行模拟低温胁迫处理。

The restoring force, torsional effect and peak values（displacement, velocity, acceleration） at each floor during the shaking table test are also presented in the report. Finally, a numerical model of this steel structure is developed by Drain2D+ computer program. Model is proved by test result.

最后，以Drain2D+建立本试验结构之二维数值模型，根据试验过程中之不同结构形式所模拟之不同地震状况，进行动力分析，并与振动台试验结果做比较，可以验证此一数值模型的可靠性，并更进一步利用此数值模型求出其结构模态以及塑性铰产生的时机与顺序及其生成的位置。
