In order to meet the needs of high-temperature-coiling, thethermal deformation of the hot strip coiler′s segment in the process of coiling is analysed and calculated using the method of FEM.A simulation experiment has been carried out in the laboratory.The thermal deformation magnitude at the vital area has been gained.
