This optimization method can bring a significant reduction of the difference between variation analysis and tolerance analysis. The thesis presents a framework to model and evaluate assemblies and their assembly process for autobody structure concept design. This framework makes the autobody structure concept design more science-based than experience based, and will significantly enhance the dimensional quality of autobody assemblies.

The nonlinearity and discrete gradient inherited in CAViaR model is a conundrum for parameter estimation. We take the asymmetric Laplace distribution with scale parameter as the error process; indicate the variance has a minimum positive value when the scale parameter is a constant, conflicting with the distribution of real financial data. Further we estimate the parameters of indirect TARCH-CAViaR model base on Bayesian framework and Markov chain Monte Carlo method. The optimal scale parameter can also be obtained by Markov chain Monte Carlo method.

Safety injection actuation test was performed at Full-scale Simulator of QinshanⅡNPP, the initial condition for the test was same as one for the SI actuation test of Unit 1 during commissioning. SI signal was triggered by low-low steam pressure through opening the steam dump valves to atmosphere. Comparing the results obtained from the simulator and real data from the commissioning of Unit 1 showed that the results from the simulator were more conservative from view points of safety, so the models and parameters for the simulator were credible.
