According to this model, the capacity evaluation system of Xi'an Xian Yang International Airport was developed by utilizing the programming method of Object Orientation; comparing the results of former evaluation system and that of this one, the correctness of the proposed model was verified; the airport's running status and flight delays were researched through statistics of the system, providing airport ground controllers with reasonable advices.
