According to the business processing of one axletree manufacturing enterprise,design the development models of its production management system.Based on these models,relative software company developes practical system for the manufacturing enterprise,and it runs well in the manufacturing enterprise.

基于UML这种面向对象建模语言和技术，结合某加工制造企业生产管理的业务流程，建立了生产管理信息系统的开发模型，在模型建立的基础上，相关软件企业开发了实用的信息系统，并且在该加工制造企业投入实施，取得了满意的效果。

The main contributions are summarized as the following.Firstly, assuming demand is segmented by order lead time, a joint pricing and capacity allocation model is formulated considering scenario-based demand. Due to the stochastic discrete variable in the model, robust optimization is used to solve the model. Numerical examples prove our model and method reflect the stochastic characteristics of demand and provide more pratical pricing and capacity allocation policies than other methods of deterministic and stochastic expectation programming methods especially when the capacity is tight.

本文的创新之处概括为如下几个方面：首先，假设制造企业根据交货提前期对市场细分，建立了考虑需求情境的BTO模式下制造企业定价与能力分配的集成模型，利用稳健优化规划方法对此随机模型进行转化和求解，算例仿真表明随机优化规划方法较确定性规划和随机期望值规划方法更好地反映了随机离散需求的分布和波动特征，更加接近实际运作情况；产能越紧张，各类需求的价格差距越大，三种规划方法给出的最优策略差距越大。

Under the stochastic demand, one of the key problems for RMS design is how to design the capacity scalability and storage volume. Based on queuing theory, stochastic market demand model for single product family and production model of manufacturing systems were built. The queuing model and the state probability transition graph of RMS were given.

基于排队论方法，建立了单零件族随机市场需求模型与可重构制造系统的排队模型，给出了RMS的排队模型与状态瞬时强度转移图，建立了平稳条件下系统的概率平衡方程，得到了RMS与柔性制造系统的性能指标。

A GARA middleware model of manufacture grid resource management is given. The dynamic use of manufacture resource in the development of grid resource management systems is proposed.

论述了制造资源的特点，及其制造资源在制造网格上的接口规范技术，分析了网格资源管理的主要方法和动态使用网格资源的技术，根据制造资源共享的特点提出制造网格资源管理的GARA中间件模型，为制造资源的集成和动态共享技术研究提供了新的方向。
