The static natural frequencies and dynamic frequencies (under 3000rpm) are calculated by the finite element method and cyclic symmetry technique. The rotating vibration behaviors of the two models are compared. Different vibration characteristics between the two models are discussed. Geometry mismatch in a turbine blade root, which arose in manufacturing process or caused by wearing out during service, leads to contact conditions changed in fir-tree attachments. As a result, shifting of the fundamental frequencies and redistribution of stress in the blade base possibly cause failure of the blade.

在叶片—轮盘耦合系统振动研究方面，建立了带围带的叶片振动计算模型和带围带的叶片—轮盘耦合系统振动计算模型，考虑旋转离心力作用，采用波传播技术，对两种模型分别进行了整圈模态分析，得到了某汽轮机叶片模型和叶片—轮盘耦合模型在0转速和工作转速(3000rpm)下的振动模态，并对所得结果进行分析比较，讨论了整圈叶片振动模态与叶片—轮盘耦合振动模态的区别。

Consequently the diathermancy was strengthened, the effect of heat transfer was improved and the flow and combustion process in the boiler has become much better. First, in this thesis the burn characteristic of the rubbish and the process of combustion in the chain boiler has been studied. A series of mathematic model has been given. This thesis carefully introduced the principle and formula of the turbulent flow model、two-equation model、radiation model、dispersed phase model and standard wall function method. The software FLUENT has been applied to simulate the temperature、pressure、velocity and mass fraction of species in the boiler furnace and stokehole. The analysis and the comparison have been done. The calculation results indicate agreement with the fact and the studies both here and abroad.

首先，本文针对SZL10-1.25-MJ造纸垃圾焚烧锅炉，结合其燃料的特性，对垃圾的燃烧特性以及层燃炉中垃圾的焚烧过程进行分析；给出一套完整的垃圾锅炉炉内传热数学模型，并分别详细阐述了湍流流动模型、双方程模型、辐射传热模型、离散相模型及标准壁面函数的原理及计算公式；借助于Fluent软件平台对炉膛内的温度场、速度场、组分浓度场及炉膛出口的温度分布、速度分布、组分浓度分布等进行数值模拟，分别从定性和定量的角度与实际情况进行了比较，得到了较满意的结果；模拟结果与国内外的很多研究能较好符合。

Based on the review on the gas-particle two-phase models, the merits and drawbacks of various models were compared and analyzed. According to the characteristics of swirl-flow melting furnace, suitable gas turbulence model, gas-particle two-phase flow model and discrete phase model were chosen.

本文在总结气固两相流计算模型的基础上，结合旋风熔融炉内气固两相流的特点，分析对比了各类模型的优缺点，选择了适合于本文所研究的旋风熔融炉的气相湍流模型、气固两相流模型以及颗粒相的运动轨迹模型，并对旋风熔融炉内颗粒的受力进行了分析。

What this paper finished mainly work as follows: Five-phase hybrid step motor driver system with fixed-chopping frequency and constant total current driving is fully described. Mathematical model of the system, included the current control circuit, power driving circuit and five-phase hybrid stepping motor is established. The steady modeling of the system is established and studied. Based on the steady modeling of the system, dynamic modeling of the system is studied and single step response characteristic is constructed with MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results, which is certified by the theory analysis, coincide with the theory analysis.

本文主要完成的工作包括几个方面：对五相混合式步进电动机恒频斩波恒总流驱动系统进行了完整的描述；建立了包括电流控制电路、功率驱动电路以及五相混合式步进电动机在内的恒频斩波恒总流驱动系统的完整的数学模型；基于MATLAB/Simulink建立了恒频斩波恒总流驱动系统稳态仿真模型，并进行了仿真；在建立其稳态仿真模型的基础上，对动态模型进行研究，并借助于MATLAB/Simulink工具建立了恒频斩波恒总流驱动系统单步响应特性的仿真模型并对其单步响应特性进行了仿真研究，仿真结果与理论分析相符。

The model was preprocessed to assure the regulation of facets, create the dual graph of it, and then adapt Reeb Graph to extract the skeleton which contains enough information of the model, such as gesture and topological features, to be able to be used as descriptor of 3D model retrieval.

Results: For CRF rats which made by fed with feedingstuff contains 0.75% of adenine for 4 weeks, the weight of model control group rats were lighter than that of Yi Shen Granule groups rats. The water wastage of Yi Shen Granule groups rats were less than that of model control group rats. Compared urine volume, the ejectable quantity of Na, K, Cl and proteinuria in 12 hours , the data of Yi Shen Granule groups rats were less than that of model control rats. The specific gravity of Yi Shen Granule groups rats was higher than that of model control rats. The numerical value of RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH in model control group was lower than that in Yi Shen Granule groups. The content of BUN and Cre in serum of model control groups rats were higher than that of Yi Shen Granule groups. The results of excretion test of phenolsulfonphthalein showed that the RPF of Yi Shen Granule groups rats was larger than that of model control group rats.

结果： 益肾颗粒可以使0.75%腺嘌呤饲喂法致大鼠慢性肾衰模型动物体重增长加快；给药后观察，给药组动物饮水量较少，12小时尿量、12小时钠、氯、尿蛋白排泄总量均显著低于模型组动物，尿液比重值较大；模型组动物的RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV、MCH等指标的数值较给药组动物的数值小；给药组动物血清中BUN和Cre的含量较低；给药组动物酚红排泄率均高于模型组动物；给药30天，处死各组动物，尸解观察，模型对照组动物肾脏呈灰白色，各给药组动物肾脏表面均出现不同程度的红、白相兼的颗粒状纹理，各组动物肾脏均肿大，切面可见不同程度的腺嘌呤结晶沉积。
