Methods Wistar rats were fed with highfructose diet for 12 weeks to induce Type 2 diabetes meilitus. Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: a control group; a diabetic group; and a low (1 mg/kg), medium (5 mg/kg), or high (10 mg/kg) dose of arecoline groups.

本文为了预测土钉支护水平位移，建立了GM(1，1)灰色系统理论预测模型，应用灰色预测法GM(1，1)模型对奥运工程地下通道I标段8-8剖面的土钉支护产生的水平位移进行了预测，并与实测值进行比较，得出灰色预测法模型经检验合格后可以对工程进行水平位移的短期预测；为了使GM(1，1)模型同样适用于长期预测，用新陈代谢的GM(1，1)模型，即根据己知数列来建立GM(1，1)模型，预测一个灰数值，然后不断地将预测值补充到己知数列之后，每补充一个再去掉一个最老的数据构成新的数列，建立一个新的GM(1，1)模型，预测下一个值。

The application of the lattice Boltzmann method in unsteady open channel flows was studied in detail in the paper. An existing lattice BGK model was mended; For the problem of negative local equilibrium and evolutionary distribution, we proposed a lattice Boltzmann model based on cell-population equilibrium, which is a direct non-negative approximation to the continuous Maxwell distribution. The model reduces the transport and collision, two basic evolution steps in the LB model, to transport of the non-equilibrium distribution.

结果表明：1985-1986 年凉州春小麦Jensen 模型、Blank 模型和Stewart 模型的敏感指数变化规律接近一致，在前期较小，中期增大，最后再减小。1987-1989 年古浪春小麦水分生产函数以Jensen 模型和Stewart 模型拟合较好，其敏感指数变化规律比较一致，敏感指标值前期较小，中期增大，后期又减小。1983-1985 年凉州亚麻水分生产函数以Jensen 模型、Blank 模型和Minhas 模型敏感指标值变化规律比较一致：先减小，后增大，最后再减小。1987-1989 古浪亚麻敏感指数出现负值较多，模型拟合较差。

Economy benefit is the biggest aim function,so getting three groups for irrigation quota,irrigation dimension and benefit,the biggest benefit is the most optimal result.
