This thesis introduces the whole project and each module on exploitation, for instance:net transmission module,MPEG4 image serve module,database module, history track record module,sound talk-back module and so on .

本文介绍了本系统的方案设计以及各个模块的开发实现，其中包括：网络传输模块、MPEG4图像服务模块、数据库模块、历史记录模块以及声音对讲模块等，设计方案是一套专门面向电力行业的变电站遥视警戒系统，目前已成功的运用于苏州电力的变电站远程视频监控中，实现了变电站视频、音频、数据的远程传输、控制及记录。

On the base of studying application methods and relative information of the relative chips, the paper designed the system hardware ,including LCD interface designing、video gathering chip and its peripheral circuit designing、FPGA chip and other module interface designing; 3、The LCD controller module、video in controller module、configuration initialized module of the video image decode chip、FPGA and program of module interface were all compiled and debugged in the paper. 4、The whole system debugging was carried through, and the video image data storage and displaying on LCD screen was carried out in the paper. The paper first designed the system frame, then designed hardware platform according to the system frame and then analyzed it、debugged it, finally,compiled the module code and debugged the whole system to achieve system requirements.

本文具体研究工作主要体现在以下几个方面： 1分析了的嵌入式视频图像采集、处理与LCD显示系统的总体需求，设计了基于NIOSⅡ的嵌入式系统总体架构； 2在学习相关芯片的具体应用方法和相关知识的基础上，设计了系统的硬件，包括LCD接口设计、视频采集芯片及外围电路设计、FPGA芯片和其他模块接口主板设计； 3编写并调试了LCD控制器模块、视频输入控制器模块、视频解码芯片初始化配置模块、FPGA和各个模块接口程序； 4进行了整个系统的联调，完成了视频图像数据存储并通过LCD显示；本文首先建立了系统架构，然后根据系统架构进行硬件平台的设计并对硬件平台进行分析和调试，最后编写个模块代码并完成系统联合调试实现系统要求。

On this base, the system are divided into five modules: Check of front view, Check of windshield wiped area, The obstructed area check of IP formed by steering wheel, Check of binocularly obstructed angle of A pillar, and Check of rear vision for interior and exterior mirror's.

该系统分为五大模块进行研究与开发：前方视野校核模块、前风窗刮扫校核模块、仪表板盲区校核模块、A 立柱盲区校核模块、后视镜视野校核模块。

This article mainly introduction cliental software design of the network video supervisory system, which is divided into the whole several big modules in use of the object-oriented method: the manager registering module, camera picture controlling module, camera grouping and administration module, the camera saving and warning module, rapes with the lens controlling module.

本文主要介绍网络视频监控系统的客户端软件设计，采用面向对象的方法，将整体分为几大模块：管理员登录模块；摄像机画面控制模块；摄像机分组及管理模块；摄像机存储和报警提示模块；云台和镜头控制模块。

This system include five module: server module、select communication type、file transmission module、character colloquize module、network supervise module.

In the system design, the communications between epigynous PC and hypogynous SCM follows the RS-232 criterion, AT89C51 chosen as core hardware, voltage conversion circuit, display circuit, data collection circuit are introduced.

在系统设计中，上、下位机的通信采用RS—232标准，选用ATMEL公司的89C51单片机作为核心硬件，设计了电平转换电路、显示电路、数据采集电路等；软件部分采用VB6.0作为开发工具，采用模块化设计方法，对串口通信模块、滑动轴承油膜压力测试模块、打印预览模块、滑动轴承摩擦特性实验模块等模块进行了设计与说明。

This module is not only suit for decoding a concatenated code with non RSCs as its constituent codes, but also it can provide soft information output of both codeword and information bits, so it can be applied to decoding a Turbo code and joint detection and decoding. Taking into consideration serial and parallel concatenated Turbo code, the author proposes a combined code, with 2 outer codes and 2 inner cods as its constituent codes, i.e., 2×2 Woven code.

本文的第三章研究编码技术，在前人研究成果的基础上，为了模块化地对此级联码进行迭代译码，提出了一种模块化的软输入软输出四端口处理模块，此模块可用来处理非RSC卷积码为子码的级联码，并且可以提供码字和信息比特的软信息输出，是一种模块化很强的处理模块，可用于传统的Turbo码的迭代译码，尤其在迭代均衡和迭代检测的系统中并把它运用到B3G的系统设计中。

In chapter three, the author studies channel coding and decoding techniques, that is Woven codes. On the basis of other researchers'results, the author presents a four-port soft input and soft output module, in order to facilitate iterative decoding process of concatenated codes. This system includes six major functions module : Enter systematic module , financial administration module , financial statistics module , kinsfolks manage module , administrator's information module and withdraw from the system.
