A high-performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous separation and determination of aryltetralin lignans and flavonoids in Podophyllum emodi Wall.var. chinesis Sprague was developed. The separation was performed on a Kromasil-C 18 column by gradient elution with phosphate buffer-methanol (0-13min, 50∶50, 33min, 30∶70) as mobile phase at a flow-rate of 0.8 ml/min, with detection 270nm.

首次建立了桃儿七中苦鬼臼葡萄糖甙、4-去甲基鬼臼脂素、表鬼臼脂素、苦鬼臼脂素、苦鬼臼酯酮、鬼臼脂素、鬼臼酯酮、去氧鬼臼脂素、去氢鬼臼脂素等9种木脂素以及山柰酚、槲皮素等2种黄酮类组分同时分离测定的高效液相方法。

RESULTS: Sixteen compounds, ursolic acid (1), indole-3-carboxaldehyde (2), indole-3-carboxylic acid (3), p-coumaric acid (4), azelaic acid (5), N-trans-feruloyl tyramine (6), blumenol A (7), 2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone (8), rubiadin l-methyl ether (9), rubiadin (10), quercetin (11), luteolin (12), chrysoeriol 6-C-β-boivinopyranosyl-7-O-β-glucopyranoside (13), alternanthin (14), stigmasta-5, 22-dien-3β-ol (15), and α-spinasterol (16) were obtained from the EtOAc extract of Alternanthera philoxeroides.

结果：得到并鉴定了16个化合物，分别为乌苏酸(1)、吲哚-3-甲醛(2)、吲哚-3-甲酸(3)、对-香豆酸(4)、壬二酸(5)、N-反式阿魏酰基酪胺(6)、布卢姆醇A(7)、2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(8)、甲基异茜草素-1-甲醚(9)、甲基异茜草素(10)、槲皮素(11)、木犀草素(12)、柯伊利素-6-C-β-波伊文糖基-7-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖苷(13)、莲子草素(14)、豆甾醇(15)和α-菠甾醇(16)。

By the quantitative analysis of flavonoids from the extract under acid hydrolysis condition, it is demonstrated that the level of isoquercitrin degrades along with the content of hydrochloric acid elevating and the level of kaempferol is reverse. Those reveal that there exist flavonoid conjugates whose aglycone is kaempferol in the leaves.

目的 测试28种中药有效成分抑制8种口腔常见致病菌的作用，为抗菌中药有效成分用于口腔感染性疾病的防治做一些探讨。方法选择28种有抗菌作用的中药的有效成分，采用噻唑蓝法对8种口腔常见致病菌作药物敏感实验，同时采用液体棋盘稀释法进行联合药敏实验。结果 28种中药有效成分对3种牙周细菌抑制作用不明显，对另5种口腔常见细菌有一定的抑制作用，其中松萝酸和槲皮素有较强的抑菌作用，mic值分别在0.0156～0.0625mg/ml和0.3125～0.125mg/ml之间。结论所选28种中药成份中，松萝酸和槲皮素具有较强的抑菌作用。
