The oxidation mechanism of synephrine was also investigated;(2) The electrochemical behavior of twelve flavonoids (quercetin, morin, fisetin, luteolin, isorhamnetin, myricetin, hyperoside, quercitrin, puerarin, farrerol, naringenin and hesperidin) was investigated.
