Methods The expression of COX-2 in 10 specimens of normal oral mucosa, 30 specimens of OSF and 15 specimens of oral squamous cell carcinoma by SP immunohistochemistry. The COX-2 protein induction by arecoline in different concentration (30, 60, 90 uglmL), was analyzed by Western blotting in normal human oral keratinocyte.

应用免疫组化SP法检测15例OSF癌变组织，30例OSF组织，10例正常口腔黏膜中COX-2蛋白表达，western-blot法检测不同浓度槟榔碱(30、60、90ug/mL)对KC COX-2蛋白表达的影响。

Results(1) Insulin secretion and mRNA levels of PDX1 were significantly decreased in rats with Type 2 diabetes meilitus compared with the control group.(2) Compared with the diabetic group, insulin secretion and mRNA levels of PDX1 were significantly increased in the medium and high dose of arecoline groups.

结果：（1）高糖作用引起Wistar大鼠胰腺β细胞PDX1 及胰岛素mRNA 的表达水平显著下降（P＜0.01）；（2）1 mg/kg和5 mg/kg槟榔碱处理能显著上调高糖喂养Wistar大鼠胰腺β细胞PDX1与胰岛素mRNA表达水平（P＜0.05，P＜0.01）。
