Behaviour ecology, physio-ecology and community ecology of vines in the evergreen broad-leaved forest of Tiantong National Forest Park, Zhejiang Province, China, were studied and rich first-hand data were collected in this project.Some vines with different climbing motheds were much different in leaf anatomy, ecophysiology, growth rhythm and behavior, and another vines with same climbing methods showed similar adaptation to habitat, on which their distribution in a forest depended. The concept of climbing unit consisted of internode, leaves and tendrils or other climbing organs on it was put forth, and the method to calculate and value the climbing capaity of a vine was set up. In the meantime,experimental ecology of a twining vine Humulus scandens was carried out.

本项目以浙江天童常绿阔叶林为基地，从行为生态、生理生态和群落生态学等角度较系统深入地研究了常绿阔叶林藤本植物的生态适应特征，取得了丰富的第一手资料，结果表明不同攀援类型的藤本在形态结构、生理生态、生长和攀援行为上表现出明显的差异，而同一攀援类型的藤本表现出较大的趋同适应的特征，但也存在着差异，这些特征或差异决定了它们在群落中分布的层次和与支持木之间的作用方式；提出了攀援单位的概念，初步建立了攀援能力的测定和评估方法。

本文分析了传统的正弦系统有关定义及其与非正弦系统的异同，指出了前者存在的缺点，结合所给特例，讨论并确定了时域中非正弦系统有功电流和有功功率的严格定义，阐明了畸变功率在非正弦系统能量转换过程中所起的作用，在上述基础上，进而讨论并严格区分子无功电流、畸变电流、无功功率、畸变功率等的含义，并利用变分法给出了与上述含义相一致的各个概念的严格的数学定义；提出了新的功率体系。

From Chapter 2 to Chapter 6 ,it analyzes the semantic relation of signification of Inscriptions on Bones or Tortoise Shells ,including combined pictograph、half-combined pictograph、onomatopoeic character、the composing models of assistant pictograph、zhishiof xushen、assistant zhishi、guanxiwei、the effect of analogy、the characteristic of jiajie、analyzes the xingfu shengfuxinghua ect .

在第二到六章中讨论了甲骨文意指方式的意义关系部分，分别讨论了合体象形、半合体象形、象声字、衬托象形的构成方式、许慎的指事概念、衬托抽象、会意字中的关系位、关系位的类推作用、甲骨文假借的特点、甲骨文的形符、声符的分析、声符形化等等问题，以比例、数据为充分的论据，得出甲骨文是&表意文字&的观点。

This paper starts with the introduction of the concept and character of justice prejudication, analyzing its importance from different legal point of view, and then under the generally grasp developing trend of international private law, I will discuss the role that justice prejudication would play in the trend.

本文从介绍司法判例的概念和特点入手，分别从不同法系的角度展开分析司法判例的重要性；再则宏观把握国际私法的发展趋势，分析司法判例在这发展趋势中所起到的作用；其次再从我国的角度，简要阐述重视司法判例的必然性；最后立足于我国，分析建立起国际司法判例制度的基础和注意的问题，对于是否应该建立起国际私法判例制度发表一些个人的观点。

On the ecosystem health, definitions from utilization and ecosystem views are introduced, the contents and difficulties in assessing it are discussed. On the biodiversity enhancement, the relationship between forest structural complexity and forest biodiversity are discussed, the significance of old growth structure are highlighted, and measures of changing forest structure to promote forest biodiversity are put forward. On the landscape planning in forest management, some patterns, theoretical foundations and models are introduced, especially three conceptual models, i.e., key habitat\|corridors model, nature landscape model, and supportive features model. On the alternative silvicultural systems, reasons for developing alternative silvicultural system by mimic of nature disturbance are discussed, and some advanced techniques and their ecological basis are noted. Finally, on the ecosystem service, its contents and importance of assessment are illustrated.

Modeling and stability analysis problem of linear switched system are emphasized in this part and main results include:(1) Through investigation in the projection of 〓 on x, where x denotes continuous state vector, a series of sufficient conditions for stability, asymptotic stability and unstability of linear switched system's equilibrium in the sense of Lyapunov are achieved. And also, a sufficient and necessary condition for state bounded stability of linear switched system is received.(2) For a class of periodical linear switched system whose switching sets are a group of ordinal lines starting from the original point, it's proved that state bounded stability can be defined by the running characteristic in a single period (3) Based on linear switched system, the concept of linear switched system network is put forward. Linear switched system network is a complex network interconnected by many linear switched systems.

这部分着重研究线性切换系统的建模与稳定性分析问题，主要成果包括：（1）通过考察〓在x上的投影，得到线性切换系统的平衡点在Lyapunov意义下稳定、渐近稳定及不稳定的一系列充分条件，并得到了线性切换系统状态有界稳定的一个充要条件；（2）证明了对于一类切换集为从原点出发的一组射线的周期线性切换系统，其状态有界稳定可根据一个周期内的系统运行特性来判定；（3）在线性切换系统的基础上提出了线性切换系统网络的概念，线性切换系统网络是由多个线性切换系统交互作用而形成的复杂网络。

Part fiveraises several suggestions for perfecting our trademark law. First, it should expand trademark"s function and expand trademark protection range. Second, it should strengthen the effect of Unti-unaffair Completion Law for trademark protection. Third, in legislation of our country, it should endow the people"s courts with the right to affirm the resound trademark right. Four, it should allow the trademark right owners to protect their trademark rights with recovery trademark and allying trademark. Five, it should increase the relative accusals to strike trademark torts. Finally, it should make a uniform intellectual code to change the dispersive legislation mode.

第五部分是本文的创新点和重点，针对我国立法的现状，提出完善我国商标立法的几点建议：其一，扩大商标法保护的对象，其中包括扩大商标的概念；在商标权的授予上，采用使用主义和注册主义相结合的混合原则，扩大商标法保护范围；其二，加强反不正当竞争法在我国商标保护中的作用；其三，立法应允许商标所有人运用防御商标、联合商标来预防和抵制他人的侵权；其四，增加、充实有关罪名，打击商标侵权犯罪行为；其六，制定我国统一的知识产权法典，改变分散的立法模式。

Consequently, what capacities should PMs possess is an issue worthy of research.This paper firstly analyzed the notion of professional manager, their function in the enterprise and the changing requirements of their capacities. Then, it dissected the capacities of PMs in professional morality, capability and knowledge in both theoretical and practicing ways. After comparing Chinese PMs' and their western compeers' different specialities, three schemes were given for capacity cultivating. Finally, more meticulous researches and analyses about PMs' moral capacity are studied under the real situation of China. At the last, some suggestions are put forward to the further improvement of Chinese PMs' moral capacity.
