Methods:The green peel of Juglans Mandshurica were extracted by 95% ethanol and then separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography.

The ratioes of optimal growing space for bringing up Juglans, manoishurica in 5, 10 and 15 years' interval to DBH was 0.2566~0.3687, 0.3441~0.4471, and 0.4491~0.5046, respectively.
