Dynamic changes of three protective enzymes activity and MDA content of Catalpa 'Jinsi' and C.'Yuanjichangguo' during softwood cutting time were studied. And the relations between its dynamic changes and rooting rate were analyzed and discussed.

以金丝楸和圆基长果楸的嫩枝为材料，研究了ABT处理下扦插生根过程中3种保护酶活性和丙二醛含量的动态变化，分析了其变化规律与生根的关系。

The rooting ability of ten varieties of Catalpa spp. was studied. The unlignified branch cutting technique for 'Yuanjichangguo', which was considered as a valuable type to be spread, was analyzed in this paper.

结果：从核桃楸的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了5个化合物，分别是：β-谷甾醇；胡桃醌；3， 5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸；regiolon；琥珀酸；4-乙氧基-5-羟基-β-四氢萘酮；胡桃酮。结论：化合物Ⅲ、Ⅶ、Ⅵ为首次从核桃楸青皮中分离得到，Ⅶ、Ⅵ为新的天然化合物。
