结果 毛母质瘤86例（71.1%）、毛发上皮瘤11例（9.1%）、促结缔组织增生性毛发上皮瘤1例、毛母细胞瘤2例、圆锥漏斗状棘皮瘤与毛鞘棘皮瘤5例、毛囊漏斗肿瘤1例、毛发滤泡瘤与毛发滤泡癌3例、增生性毛囊囊肿与增生性外毛根鞘瘤3例、毛鞘瘤与毛鞘癌6例。

Results In normal tongue mucosa and LP,the positive staining of Notch1 was mainly distributed in stratum corneum, partially in stratum granulosum and stratum spinosum, but not in stratum basale, while the positive staining of EGFR was mainly distributed in stratum basale, rarely in stratum spinosum, but not in stratum granulosum and stratum corneum.

结果 在正常舌黏膜和LP中，Notch1阳性表达主要位于角化层，部分颗粒层和棘层细胞也有表达，基底层无表达；而EGFR阳性表达主要位于基底层，棘层少见表达，颗粒层和角化层无表达。

取健康成人髂后上棘处骨髓5ml，经percoll液分离后密度梯度离心，〓／ml密度接种培养，观察原代细胞的贴壁、增殖状况，细胞长满瓶底后进行传代培养；传至第三代细胞，重新消化后以500转／分钟轻度离心5分钟，〓／ml接种，改用化学限定培养基代替完全培养基培养，倒置显微镜观察细胞生长情况及形态变化，甲苯胺蓝染色观察诱导细胞合成细胞外基质中的蛋白多糖，免疫细胞化学染色检测ECM中Ⅱ胶原的蛋白合成，RT-PCR鉴定诱导细胞Ⅱ胶原mRNA的表达。

The fibroblasts of supra interspinous ligament of AS were cultured in vitro and the cells were observed by microscope after histochemical staning.
