With the competent germinating epicotyl of cotton as receptor in exogenous gene transformation, NPTII (neomycin phosphotransferase Ⅱ) gene carrying selection marker and GFP reporter gene were mediated into cotton by agrobacterium-mediated transformation. The pre-culture time, bacterial-immersing time, co-culture time and antibiotics concn., etc of using agrobacterium-mediated transformation in the transformation of competent germinating epicotyl of cotton were studied.

方法］以棉花感受态萌动的上胚轴作为外源基因转化的受体，用农杆菌介导法将携带有筛选标记NPTII基因及GFP报告基因导入棉花，研究了农杆菌介导法用于棉花感受态萌动上胚轴转化的预培养时间，浸菌时间，共培养时间及抗生素处理浓度等。

Utilizing Multivariate Regression Modeling and Spectral Derivative to establish five function pattern cotton dry matter accumulation modeling based on Ratio Vegetation Index and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index,all correlation coefficient is highly positive(α=1%,n=96),based on RVI modeling has a higher precision than NDVI does,hyperbolic curve fitting,exponential curve fitting and logarithmic curve fitting have further improved analysis against cotton dry matter accumulation.

利用北疆8个棉花主栽品种(其中2个棉花品种设4水平种植密度)的各生育期冠层高光谱数据，经多元统计分析与光谱微分处理，建立了基于比值植被指数和归一化植被指数的5种函数形式的棉花干物质积累估测模型，相关系数均达到了极显著水平(α=1%，n=96)。

The results are as follows:(1) The morphological investigation indicated that the nectaries werelacked on the main nervation, calyx and bract of cotton line 97014 comparedwith TM-1. Alveolate hollow was absent at main nervation of the mature leaf.Results of cytological analysis showed that 97014 lacked nectariferous structure.Where nectary inserted were parenchyma cells, cupped structure and brownnectariferous substance on the lower epidermis were not found.

主要研究结果如下：(1)以棉花无蜜腺品种97014与有蜜腺棉花遗传标准系TM-1为材料，进行形态学比较研究，结果表明棉花无蜜腺品种97014叶片中脉、花萼和苞叶上都缺少蜜腺，成熟叶片叶脉、花萼和苞叶上均无蜂窝状凹陷；组织与细胞切片观察发现，97014缺少蜜腺组织结构，在蜜腺着生处为排列整齐的薄壁细胞，且在下表皮看不到凹陷的组织结构和褐色的蜜腺分泌物。

These findings show that cotton has autotoxicity effect which maybe one of reasons for continuous cropping obstacle of cotton. The economic yield of cotton will be improved by founding rational cultivate system.

结果表明棉花具有较强的自毒作用，可能是棉花连作障碍的重要原因之一，通过建立合理的耕作制度，可提高棉花经济产量。
