Objective To investigate the action of GoLiLingSan on anti-inflammation and anti-carcinogen.Methods The model of acute inflammation was made on rats or mice by xylol,croton oil and carrageen in the model of chronic inflammation was made by cotton-pellets,and the model of tumor was made by S 180 and H 22 .The action of anti-inflammation,anti-carcinogen and the rate of life extension were observed.

目的 探讨高丽灵散的抗炎及抗癌作用方法用二甲苯、巴豆油、角叉菜胶造成、小鼠急性炎症模型；用棉球肉芽肿造成小鼠癌症模型，用S 180 、H 22 瘤株造成小鼠癌症模型，观察高丽灵散的抗炎、抗癌作用及生命延长率。

Methods the models of xylene-induced ear edema in mice, hind paw edema induced with carrageen in rats, granuloma induced with cotton ball in rats, and capillary permeability increase induced with acetic acid in mice were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects.

目的 研究岗梅水提取物的抗炎作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法和醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高法观察岗梅水提取物的抗炎作用。

Results:MCP had antipyretic effect on big rats with fever caused by yeast and antiindlammatory on rats with plantar inflammation caused by egg white and carrageen and auris inflammation caused by dimethylbenzenne.It also had inhibitory effect on tampon granuloma and cough caused by ammoria.

结果 ：麝香牛黄丸对酵母致热大鼠有解热作用；对大鼠蛋清、角叉菜胶足跖肿和小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀有明显的抗炎作用，对大鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成有一定的抑制作用，并能减轻氨水导致的咳嗽。

To observe pharmacological effects of Zangqingguo Houpian on antibacterial effect in vitro,2,4-dinitrophenol induced fever in rats,the croton oil induced swelling in mouse's ear and carrageen induced WBC movement in rat chest,rat granuloma induced by tampon,acetic-acid-induced twisting test in mouse and prednisolone acetate caused immunosuppressive mice.

采用体外抗菌、对2，4-二硝基苯酚所致大鼠发热、巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀及角叉菜胶致大鼠胸腔白细胞游走、棉球致大鼠肉芽组织增生、冰醋酸致小鼠疼痛、醋酸泼尼松龙致免疫低下等模型，观察藏青果喉片的药效学作用。

Methods:Different doses of CQG were given to mice with swelling feet induced by acetic acid, cotton balling granulation ,and carrageenin.

采用小鼠醋酸扭体法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀方法。

It could also suppress paw edema induced by carrageenin in rat and writhing induced by acetic acid in mice, but has no effect on the ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene and cotton granulation hyperplasia and latent period of pain reaction in tail immersion test in mice.

对角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀和醋酸致小鼠扭体反应有一定的抑制作用，但对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、小鼠棉球肉芽肿增生、小鼠温浴致痛反应潜伏期无明显影响。

RESULTS Xiaocuoling at the concentration of 2.5、5.0、10.0g.kg-1 obviously inhibited the paws swelling induced by carrageenin in mice and the granuloma with cotten pellet in rats,decreased the penetration of blood capillary caused by histamine,increased the activity of peroxide hydrogenase in RBC,reduced the reaction of the torsive body induced by acetic acid in mice,and had no effects on the serum concentrations of testosterone of serum in male rats.

结果：消痤灵颗粒 2.5、5.0、10.0g.kg-1可显著抑制角叉菜胶所致的小鼠足趾肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿，降低由组胺诱导的小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性的增加，提高红细胞过氧化氢酶的活力。对乙酸致小鼠扭体反应有抑制作用。对雄性大鼠血清睾酮含量无影响。

Methods Animal inflammatory models were established by injection of dimethylbenzene for mice ear swelling, carrageenin for rat footpad, cotton pellet wool for rat granuloma respectively. The content of prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and leukotriene B4(LTB4) from peritoneal macrophages were measured by RIA and RP-HPLC respectively.

采用二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足肿胀、棉球诱导的大鼠肉芽肿模型观察TFC的抗炎作用；分别采用放射免疫法和反相高效液相色谱法检测TFC对大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生前列腺素E2(PGE2)和白三烯B4(LTB4)的影响。

Result: Xinhuang Tablet had very significant inhibition on acute and chronic inflammation in model of ear edema induced by croton oil in mice, paw swelling induced by carrageenin in rats, granuloma induced by cotton pellet in rats and very significant analgesic effect on thermal and chemical stimulation in model of writhing body response induced by acetic acid in mice and tail flicking in rats.And at the same doses, Xinhuang Tablet hadn't significant difference from ig administration.

结果：新癀片外涂给药对小鼠耳肿、大鼠角叉菜胶足肿、棉球肉芽肿等急、慢性炎症有非常显著的抑制作用；对大、小鼠水浴甩尾、小鼠醋酸扭体等温热刺激、化学刺激引起的疼痛有非常显著的镇痛作用，且在相同剂量下，外涂给药和ig给药的作用无明显差异。
