Methods TBNA and brushing biopsy were performed in 67 patients with mediastinal lymphadenopathy or with extrabronchial tumors,then the TBNA ang brushing biopsy were compared with the traditional ring clamp biopsy.

Methods:the patients of 750 cases for ureterolith underwent ureteroscopic lithotomy and pressune orbit lithotripsy by using caudal anesthesia in outpatient the 11 cases ureterostensis were treated by watery capus expand,ureteroscopic hard expand and ureterotectomy by using of self-made electrode.Then,transurethral electro incisions of ureterocles were carried out for 2 patients.

Blood smears with discrepant results between the two methods were retested by an experienced microscopist,and also repeated by UT-PCR for 2-3 times. The sensitivity and specificity of the two methods were evaluated following the Tjitra′s method.

Methods 232 patients with CIN diagnosed by cervix liquor tabular cell test and biopsy through vaginoscope were operated on by:LEEP,they were follow-up visited by TCT after three months,six months and two years.,those abnormality were re-checked by vaginoscopy and biopsy.

经宫颈液基薄片细胞学检查和阴道镜下活检，病理诊断为CIN 232例，行LEEP治疗。术后3个月、6个月~2年常规行TCT追踪随访，异常者再行阴道镜检查及活检。

Results After injection before examination,heart rate and blood pressure decreased temporarily in most of patients of group A(P.05).While there was a conspicuous increase in heart rate and blood pressure in the patients of group B(P.05).There was no pain or discomfort in the patients of group A.The phenomena such as nausea and vomition,begma could be found in most of patients of group B.

结果 A组患者在给药后呈一过性心率的减慢、血压降低(P.05)，镜检中无明显的不适反应；B组大多数患者镜检过程中心动过速、血压升高(P.05)，出现了不同程度的恶心、呕吐、呛咳等不适反应。

Methods:1100 of positive sputum specimens smears were heated by magnetic hotplate.The result of microscopic examination was compared with the traditional acid-fast stain smear.

应用电磁炉加热法对1100例阳性痰标本涂片抗酸染色镜检，所得结果与传统的抗酸染色镜检结果进行比较。
