In this project, we make research in the measurement of the power-net which plays an important role in the electrization railway system. Applying the theory of CCD and CCD devices, we design a set of optics system, and using the MCS-51 as the controlling kernel. To transmit and store the data, we utilize the technique of IrAD and serial transmission.

摘要本论文首先探讨了当前电气化铁路接触网测量方面的问题，并针对这些问题研究了CCD理论及CCD器件在光电检测中的应用，同时根据该理论设计出一套光学系统，并以在智能检测领域中应用很广的MCS-51微控制器为控制核心，运用红外及串行传输技术，实现了数据的检测及存储。

Based on the previous literatures, the following major innovation works were carried out in this dissertation:(1) The derivatization reaction conditions of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine with sensitive derivation reagent in aqueous system were studied and two new methods were developed for the assay of them by microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography and micellar electrokinetic chromatography with LIF detection. The sensitivity and analysis times were greatly improved compared with the previous reports;(2) A new method of CZE with indirect LIF detection was developed for the simultaneous determination of six coumarin compounds (esculin, esculetin, isofraxidin, genistein, naringin and sophoricoside) with fluorescein as the probe. The proposed method enlarges the application range of LIF detector, and provides new approach for the analysis of certain compounds difficult to derivatize;(3) Based on the above research, an MEKC with indirect LIF detection method for the simultaneous determination of adenine and guanine in DNA extracts from fungus, maize and soybean was established;(4) A new method for the investigation of the complexes formed between human serum albumin and ampicillin sodium under the simulated physiology conditions using laser light scattering technique was developed.

该论文在综述前人工作的基础上，开展了如下未见文献报道的创新性的研究工作：(1)使用灵敏的衍生试剂对麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱在水体系中的衍生反应条件进行了系统研究，建立了微乳电动色谱-激光诱导荧光检测法和胶束电动色谱—激光诱导荧光检测法测定麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的灵敏分析新方法，与以前的报道相比，灵敏度和分析时间均有很大改善；(2)使用荧光素钠作为背景荧光试剂，建立了同时分析测定六种黄酮类化合物(秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素、异秦皮定、染料木素、柚皮苷和槐角苷)的毛细管区带电泳—间接激光诱导荧光检测新方法，扩大了激光诱导荧光检测的应用范围，对难衍生化合物的分离分析提供了一种新思路和新途径；(3)以荧光素钠作为背景荧光试剂，建立了一种用于同时测定食品提取DNA中的腺嘌呤和鸟嘌呤含量的胶束电动色谱—间接激光诱导荧光检测新方法；(4)用动态和静态激光散射法研究了模拟生理条件下人血清白蛋白与氨比西林钠盐相互作用所形成的复合物，为药物分子与蛋白质的相互作用、药代动力学等的研究提供了一种新思路。

The film or movie is the most popular and common video resource. In this paper we use the film video as an example, aims to implement real-time retrieve of explosion and shot scenes, has carried on the following research mainly: first, we proposed a method of real-time recognition of explosions based on dominate-color and audio information and improved the accuracy the retrieve;second, we proposed a method of real-time retrieve of shots scenes based on audio information and differences between frames when the shot occurs;third,a whole video abstraction system is proposed, it can cut off the clips which have been retrieved and merge them into a independent video abstraction in the same time edit the information of the it ;forth, it offers two-level retrieval structure of"key frame-highlights"and can play segmentation result and the whole video just like a video player.

电影或电视剧视频是人们日常生活中最喜闻乐见也是最常见的视频内容，本课题以此类视频为研究素材，目的是实现实时爆炸和枪击场景的检测，主要进行了以下几个方面的研究：1针对视频中爆炸场景的主色和音频特点，提出了一种基于声像特征的实时爆炸场景检测算法；2捕捉视频中枪击事件瞬间的帧间变化信息和相应音频信息，提出了一种基于声像特征的实时枪击场景检测算法；3从原始视频中切割检索到的精彩视频场景合并成单独精彩缩略视频，并可进行相关信息编辑，形成比较完备的视频摘要系统；4形成关键帧-精彩视频场景的二级浏览结构，可对分割结果或整个视频片断进行播放，基本实现播放器的功能。

At the same time combined with indoor maximum dry density test,this paper discusses the possibility that rock-filling construction quantity .Then data of densification quantity examination under the condition ofdifferent filling material.densification machinery.densification parameter and lay-down thickness are collected as the analytic object. On the basis of making a statistical analysis of experiment data ,supervisory standard and assessment method of settlement difference and settlement ratio that adopted to examine rock-filling embankment construction quantity are put forward systematically At last carrying on settlement observation tests of rock-filling embankment in different construction stage in different layer ,the dependability of assessment method is validated.

同时结合室内最大干密度试验，讨论了表面沉降法作为填石路基施工质量检测手段的可行性和可靠性；然后通过汇总不同填料、不同压实机械、不同压实参数和不同摊铺厚度条件下的压实质量检测数据作为分析对象，在对试验数据进行了统计分析的基础上，较为系统地提出了以沉降沉降差及沉降率作为填石路基施工质量检测指标的评定方法和相应的管理标准值；最后通过对填石路基试验段进行不同填筑时期不同层位的沉降观测试验，验证了评定方法的可靠性。

The testing method comprises the following steps:(1) collecting the electrocardio-signal, the phonocardio-signal and the pulse signal of radial artery;(2) performing analog-to-digital conversion to the three signals to form the signal oscillogram;(3) identifying and extracting the characteristic point of each signal;(4) constructing the time series RR of electrocardio-period, the electromechanical delay time series and the pulse wave propagation time series of the combined variability index;(5) testing the validity of each time series;(6) calculating the heart rate variability, the electromechanical delay variability and the pulse wave propagation time variability; and (7) calculating the combined variability index of angiocarpy AV.

By regularly testing for HBV serological markers, assessing HBsAg-specific T lymphocyte response in vitro by the end of follow-up, and giving a booster dose and estimating anti-HBs anamnestic response thereafter, the study, for the first time, gave a comprehensive evaluation for five-year efficacy of a three-dose revaccination in non-responders based on persistence of anti-HBs, preservation of immunologic memory, and prevention from HBV infection, and in additon compared low-dose ID revaccination with routine-dose IM revaccination.

本项目以健康学龄儿童为研究对象，严格筛检无应答者，用应答者作为同期观察对照，通过定期随访检测抗-HBs、HBsAg和抗-HBc，随访结束时检测HBsAg特异性T细胞免疫以及加强一针后检测抗-HBs回忆应答，从抗体持续时间、免疫记忆维持和预防HBV感染等几个方面首次系统评价了无应答者3针复种后5年效果，并比较了相同针次常规剂量肌肉复种与小剂量皮内复种效果。
