In addition, the effects of some traditional Chinese herbs and related marine drug on behavioral changes were also evaluated in order to provide some suggestive clue for rational drug design of anti-Parkinon's disease .

许多因素都参与PD的DA能神经元的死亡，所以，本研究在制备PD动物模型的基础上，应用国内率先引进的快速周期伏安法检测设备在体动态监测DA的释放，同时应用另一种电化学检测技术—高效液相色谱电化学检测法离体检测DA及其代谢产物二羟苯乙酸和高香草酸的含量，结合行为学测定及其它方法，研究了雌激素和铁在PD发病中的作用，以及一些药物，如吲哚醌、牛磺酸、铁离子螯合剂、胆囊收缩素（CCK-8）、乌鸡白凤丸有效成份、大豆异黄酮及海洋酸性寡糖HSH971，对DA能神经元的影响，从DA能神经递质角度对PD的发病机理提供进一步的实验依据，并为PD的预防和治疗提供新的干预措施。

In order to improve the viral detection method in shrimp, a more rapid and convenient multiplex reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction was established in the present study. The new method was used for detection of shrimp viruses, including Yellow-head virus, white spot syndrome virus, Taura syndrome virus, hepatopancreatic parvovirus, infectious hypodermal and hematopoietic necrosis virus and monodon baculovirus.

为了提高对虾病毒检测的快速性和简便性，建立了一种可同时检测6种对虾病毒的RT-PCR方法，并利用该方法对来自广西沿海地区的130份病虾样品中的黄头病毒、白斑综合征病毒、桃拉病毒、肝胰腺坏死病毒、传染性皮下组织坏死病毒以及杆状病毒进行了检测。

Restrictive changes of TCR Vp repertoire and clonal expanded T cells could be found in peripheral blood T cells from patients with T-ALL. However, the clonal expanded T cells' property (clonal expansion leukemic cells or leukemia antigen-specific expansion T cells) should be further characterized. It may play a certain role on detection of minimal residual disease and design of anti-leukemia idiotypic vaccine. The dominant utilization of TCR VjJ repertoire could be found in peripheral blood T cells from patients with B-ALL, meanwhile clonal expansive T cells were existed. It may be a feature of the host immune response for leukemia-associated antigen. The clonal expansive tendency of T cells in V021 and VP23 subfamilies was rather obvious, which may be correlated with certain malignant B-cell clone. The CDR3 sequences of monoclonal expansive T cell in T cell strains were different, which was the base of developing DNA vaccine.

T-ALL患者外周血T细胞的TCR Vβ谱系出现限制性改变，均可检测到克隆性增殖T细胞，尚需进一步鉴定其性质(肿瘤性或抗原特异性增殖)，对于研究微小残留病变检测和设计抗白血病独特型疫苗均有一定的意义。B-ALL病人外周血T细胞的TCR Vβ谱系呈现优势利用的特点，并存在克隆性增殖的T细胞，这可能是机体对白血病相关抗原产生的特异性免疫反应；Vβ21和Vβ23亚家族T细胞发生克隆增殖改变的趋向性比较明显，可能与B-ALL相关抗原刺激有关。T细胞株中检测到的肿瘤克隆其CDR3序列具有高度的特异性，是构建DNA疫苗的基础。

The multi-drug resistance rate of Salmonella and E.coli were 91.80% and 100%.According to the genes sequence published in Genbank ,we analysed the value of Tm ,content of G+C, oligonucleotide dimer by DNAStar and Primer 5.0 software, and according to the construction of I integron ,we designed 3 pairs of primers to amplify intIl gene ,variable segment ,3"-conserved segment for detectting Salmonella and E.coli"s I integron.As a result , aimed genes were amplified and sequenced;The detection rate of I integron of 61 Salmonella and 48 E.coli were 81.97% and 66.67%.

据文献报道及GenBank中注册的基因序列，运用DNAStar软件分析同源率及Primer5.0软件对Tm值、G+C含量、引物二聚体等进行分析，根据Ⅰ类整合子的结构设计了3对引物，对Ⅰ类整合子的intI1、可变区、3'保守端进行扩增，检测沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌Ⅰ类整合子；扩增出了相应基因片段并测序；61株沙门氏菌和48株大肠杆菌中分别有50株和32株菌检测出Ⅰ类整合子，Ⅰ类整合子的检测率分别为：81.97％和66.67％。

本课题应用免疫组织化学、RT-PCR和Western-blot等方法检测以下内容：(1)在mRNA和蛋白水平检测正常成年男性及大鼠睾丸组织中COX-2的表达及定位情况；(2)实验组大鼠持续给予COX-2酶的特异性抑制剂Rofecoxib，分别于用药后2周、4周和8周检测大鼠的精子生成以及睾丸组织内睾酮浓度的变化；(3)另一组实验大鼠给予特异性Leydig细胞灭活剂EDS，在特定时间内抑制睾丸组织内合成的睾酮，于用药后2周和4周，采用免疫组织化学及RT-PCR方法观察大鼠睾丸组织内睾酮浓度变化对COX-2合成的影响。
