The principle of partial discharge detection of gas insulation switchgear with ultra high frequency is discussed.A 220 kV GIS bus bar cavity is adopted as a test object to design and simulate four typical defect models in GIS.The PD signals produced by the four models are obtained via the PD detection system,which is developed by the authors on the basis of the narrow band UHF method.

为了提高GIS运行的可靠性，笔者简要说明了超高频法检测GIS局部放电的原理，并在实验室以一段220 kV电压等级的GIS母线为试验对象，设计和模拟了GIS中典型的4种局部放电模型，并使用自主研发的超高频窄带检测系统对其局部放电信号进行检测。

At last ,we got the serum of the milk of 5 transgenic mice and 2 normal mice , checked the human insulin in serum by RlA.The result of the CPM show that two transgenic mice are conspicuous excess to the other transgenic mice and normal mice .and the mount of human insulin achieve respectively to 250uIU/ml ,376 ulU/ml.

转基因小鼠自然泌乳以后，收集到5只转基因小鼠和2只阴性小鼠的乳汁，脱脂脱酸以后，在乳清中用放射免疫检测方法检测胰岛素的表达量，结果其中两只转基因小鼠的表达量明显高于其它小鼠，表达量达到250uIU／ml和376uIU／ml，进一步的蛋白质定性和活性检测正在继续进行中。

Methods A total of 60 patients with acute stroke of less than 24 h duration were included in the study. Nutrition risk screening was done in all those patients, with nutritional parameters to evaluate their nutritional status. Nutritional parameters were evaluated at admission and after 14, 28 d after the stroke, respectively. Results We found 15 cases with nutrition risk of 60 patients in admission, and incidence rate of undernutrition is 13.3%.

收集我院急性脑卒中患者60例，均进行营养风险筛查评分，检测营养学的指标来评定其营养状况，对存在营养风险和营养不良的患者均进行常规脑卒中治疗和营养支持，在住院14d、28d后再进行营养风险评分和相应指标的检测，分析营养风险评分与营养评价指标的检测在临床工作中的作用。

It can overcome the shortcoming of the traditional data mining methods, and automate the labeling and creating process of the intrusion detection model. It has become the useful tool of the intrusion detection.

Intimal areas were measured using morphometric analysis of perfusion-fixed vein graft specimens, and intimal thickness was calculated using circumferential measurements. The SMC proliferation was studied by the immunohistochemical detection of proliferating cell nuclear antigen. Expression of MMP-2、MMP-9 mRNA in vein grafts and unoperated control Vein grafts was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.
