This is an untouched measuring way. The cameras are calibrated in the way of RAC two steps, first. With the polynomial interpolation, the pictures catched from the steel plate are treated to detect the edge in subpixel with a cross window arithmetic operators, which can fit non uniform illumination, keep the edge character and do filter in a better way. Three-dimensional scenery could be rebuilt from the two-dimensional pictures with the methods of least square fitting and contradictorily clairvoyance. Thus, the distance and its variance of two points in the given position of the plate can be achieved. It is expected that this study can provide a new and useful tool to the research on the theory of distortion of line heating.

这种非接触的测量方式，采用RAC两步法对摄像机进行标定，然后对采集到的钢板图像进行分析处理，通过多项式插值的方法，采用具有保持边缘特征和滤波功能，且能适应非均匀照明的十字窗图像边缘检测算子进行象素级边缘检测，再用最小二乘拟合法和逆透视法对二维图像进行三维重建，便可测出钢板上给定点的距离及其变化值，以期为水火弯板的变形机理研究提供一种新的检测手段。

After the contradistinctive experiments for the detection of photoelectric image of PCB positioning circlular hole obtained in reality,the detection method proposed in this paper has obvious advantage in the aspects of increasing detection precision,reducing memory space and time.

Objective To study the diagnostic value of adenosine deaminasein all kinds of the pa-tients with liver disease.Methods 212patients of hepatitis in our hospital were selected,135cases were male,and75were female,the average age was（39.6±5.2）years old,in other hand,100blood donors were selected as con-trol group,the value of ADA and the conventional item such as GGT,ALT were determining and a contradistinctive analysis were conducted.Results The item of ADA and the conventional item such as GGT,ALTwere not different in the patients of different kind of liver disease,especially in the patients of chronic persistent hepatitis and chronic active hepatitis,the value of positive rate were92.0%and28.9%,respectively.

目的 测定各类型肝脏疾病病人血清腺苷脱氨酶（adenosine deaminase，ADA）活性值，分析ADA测定结果在各种肝脏疾病中的不同变化，评价ADA测定在肝脏疾病诊断中的应用价值；方法以在我院感染科住院肝炎病人共212例为检测对象，其中男性135例，女性75例，平均年龄（39.6±5.2）岁，以献血员100例为正常对照，对其ADA测定结果进行统计分析，并与传统肝功能检测项目做对比研究；结果 ADA和传统肝功能检测指标在不同类型肝脏疾病中测定值和阳性率各有所不同，特别在慢性活动性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎中的阳性检出率有显著不同，分别为92.0%和28.9%，有显著差异（P.01）。

In view of that conventional algorithms of collision detection spend a lot of detection time on complex polyhedrons, an algorithm to divide a convex polyhedron was presented and proved.

Major content of this work includes five aspects as follows:(1). Oxygen sensitive materials had been prepared by carrier covalence method, and the preparation mechanism of the materials had been investigated by FI-IR, SEM, and the detection experiment of oxygen. Then through the detection of oxygen, the sensitivity and stability had been estimated, and it was studied that the properties of materials would be affected by the various factors.(2). Oxygen sensitive materials had been prepared by carrier covalence-cross linking method, and the preparation mechanism of the materials had been investigated by FI-IR, SEM, and the detection experiment of oxygen. Then through the detection of oxygen and spectrophotometer, the sensitivity and stability had been estimated, and it was studied that the properties of materials would be affected by the various factors.(3). For the detection of gaseous oxygen, the fiber optical sensor on basis of oxygen sensitive materials had a respond time of 10s, detection limit of 5ppmand detection precision of 0.5%. The sensor had good repeatability and stability, a less delay and at least 1 year life-span.

本论文主要包括以下五个方面的内容：(1)载体共价法制备氧敏感材料：通过红外光谱、扫描电镜图谱和氧测试实验探讨该氧敏感材料的制备机理，通过氧测试实验评价该氧敏感材料的氧敏感性和稳定性，同时研究了各种因素对该氧敏感材料性能的影响(2)载体共价—交联法制备氧敏感材料：通过红外光谱、扫描电镜图谱和氧测试实验探讨该氧敏感材料的制备机理，通过氧测试实验和分光光度计评价该氧敏感材料的氧敏感性和稳定性，同时研究了各种因素对该氧敏感材料性能的影响(3)氧敏感材料在光纤气态氧传感器中的应用：该传感器的响应时间为10s，检测下限为5ppm，检测精度为0.5％，具有较好的重复性和稳定性，迟滞较小，使用寿命至少为1年，适合各种环境下气态氧浓度的检测。

Methods Two methods,ADAPCO's RAMP System and MAS's VecTest kits were selected. The sensitivity and accuracy of these two methods and its cross-reaction with Japanese Encephalitis virus were tested. These two methods also were used to detect WNV in wild mosquitoes.
