Foods that are frequently incriminated in NLVs food poisoning include shellfishes vegetables ,salad and so on. In this study , a rapid method has been established to detect NLVs in food, increase the sensitivity of method and provide a technical help.

本研究针对食品中诺瓦克样病毒RT-PCR检测的特殊性，建立了快速检测贝类中诺瓦克样病毒的RT-PCR方法，消除RT-PCR反应抑制因子，缩短食品中诺瓦克样病毒的检测时间，提高检测方法的灵敏性，为诺瓦克样病毒引起的食源性疾病的快速诊断提供技术支持。

In vivo, CXCR4-A549 and A549 cells were injected subcutaneously into nude mice(each group in 6).Four weeks later the mice were scarified and the tumors in situ and the lungs were taken out to be examined histologically.(3) Th cell cycle distribution was measured by flow cytometry to analyse the effect of SDF-1/CXCR4 in the cell proliferation and atoposis. The changes of the intracellular calcium concentration after SDF-1 activation were aslo measured by flow cytometry. For the complexity of face detection environment, this paper proposes a face detection algorithm which based on skin color and support vector machines .for color picture of face which has complex background information, the algorithm uses skin color detection to divide area of skin color ,and to wipe off the noise interference, then do further examination for the same area of skin color and confirm the face area used by support vector machines.

This study paid more attention to the techniques of detecting Soybean mosaic virus in dry soybean seed and Bean common mosaic virus in dry bean seed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, combining with biological test and enzyme-linked immosorbent assay. The goal of the research is to establish a molecular detection procedure of SMV and BCMV from dry seed.
