收集踝关节骨折病例20例，均行X线、CT常规横轴位扫描及准冠状位扫描检查，比较三者的检查结果，评价CT准冠状位扫描技术在踝关节骨折检查中的作用。

On FFA, there are 10 to 15 hypofluorescenct bands radiating from the optic disk which were similar to the large retinal vessels in shape and number. On ICGA the choroidal folds showed obvious hyperfluorescence at the late stage. On OCT the reflective bands of Bruch membrane and retinal pigment epithelium showed the wavy folds.

FFA检查显示，视盘周围呈现10～15条呈放射状行走的弱荧光带，形态及走行状似视网膜大血管；ICGA检查显示，后期脉络膜皱褶的槽底呈强荧光条；OCT检查显示，Bruch膜和视网膜色素上皮反光带呈波浪状皱褶。

objective the purpose of this study was to summarize our experience of the application of internal rigid fixation with miniplate to treatment of mandibular fractures.methods a retrospective analyisis of clinical data of 67 cases,who had experienced the anatomic reduction and rigid fixation by using miniplate.with the help of maxillomandibular distraction pre operation and post operation and temporary maxillomandibular fixation during operation,the fracture bones were smoothly reduced and fixed.results clinical and radiographic examination showed that all cases gained good clinical results and precise anatomic alignment of fracture postoperatively without infection,malocclusion,bone malunion or other complications.conclusion mocortical miniplate fixation of the mandible is a reliable and effective techinique providing rigid fixation and an ideal modality for the treatment of mandibular fractures.combined with maxillomandibular fixation.

对67例下颌骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾总结，所有患者应用小型接骨板行坚固内固定治疗。其中7例颏部骨折，12例颏旁骨折，16例颏孔区骨折，9例体部多发性骨折，5例体部粉碎性骨折；18例合并其他部位骨折。所有患者术前经临床检查和影像学检查明确骨折的位置和骨折线的数目后，分段牙弓夹板结扎、颌间弹性牵引，使移位的骨折段逐渐复位；术中经口内切开复位、细钢丝颌间结扎、小型接骨板坚固内固定；术后行临床检查和影像学复查，必要时颌间弹性牵引7～10 d。结果所有患者手术切口ⅰ期愈合，治疗效果满意；临床检查所有患者牙合关系良好、面部对称；影像学复查证实骨折线对位良好。结论经口内切开小型接骨板坚固内固定辅以颌间固定治疗下颌骨骨折效果可靠，术后并发症少，是一种理想的手术方法。

Results? 6 cases in X-ray film revealed round or oval stones in areatus distribution in the areas of renal papillae and medulla. 3 cases of IVP revealed cystic or hair-brushed dilation. 5cases in B-ultrasound revealed little anechoic area and strong echo light spot in radial distribution with acoustic shadow. Unenhanced CT of 6 cases revealed spotted or areatus stones surrounding minor renal calices with collecting tube system dilation and enhanced CT showed artifacts of stones magnification because of the collection of contrast medium around the stones. Conclusion?

结果 X线平片检查6例，表现为肾乳头、髓质区见簇状排列的圆形、椭圆形致密影；IVP检查3例，显示肾集合管囊状、刷子状扩张；B超检查5例见肾髓质内呈放射状分布的小无回声区和强回声光点，其后方伴有声影；CT检查6例，平扫呈环绕肾小盏分布的点状或簇状钙化灶，集合管囊状扩张，增强后因钙化周围的集合管内造影剂聚集，造成钙化影增大的假象。

Mastalgia was diaried. Breaststructure changes tested by high-resolution ultrasound at the 0 and 12 M.

资料和方法：征集身体健康，没有明显乳腺疾病的正常月经妇女53名，分别在月经的晚卵泡期和黄体期进行超声检查和测血清雌二醇和孕酮水平；收集有HRT前乳腺超声检查和血清雌二醇水平结果的绝经过渡期妇女129名和绝经后妇女318名，记录既往乳腺胀疼、过渡期乳腺胀疼、绝经后乳腺胀疼和既往乳腺病史。17 β-雌二醇2mg加醋酸炔诺酮1mg连续联合治疗和安慰剂随机双盲平行对照临床研究1年的60名参加者，分别在用药前后各进行一次乳腺超声检查，乳腺症状按同一表格由病人日记及经培训的一名医生定期随诊记录乳腺胀疼出现、消失的日期及持续的天数；超声检查用同一方法测量乳腺腺体层厚度、导管宽度、乳腺腺体结构及血流。

Abstract］ objective to discuss ultrasound diagnosis on fetal abnormal.methods we examined 1 231 example pregnant women carried on the prenatal with ultrasonography and the color ultrasonography.results picked out the fetal abnormal 9 examples,in which anencephaly were 2 examples,the hydrocephalus 3 examples,the meningocele 1 example,the endocardial cushion defects 1 example,the ectopiacordis accompanied grastroschisis 1 example,the cleftlip 1 example.all patients were confirmed through induced labor.conclusion fetal abnormal ultrasonography image is typical,the careful inspection correct analysis can discover promptly,ultrasonography is the first method to inspect the fetalabnormal,may achieve the prompt discovery,prompt termination of pregnancy item.

目的 探讨超声检查对胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法对1231例孕妇进行产前超声检查。结果检出胎儿畸形9例，其中无脑畸形2例，脑积水3例，脑膜膨出1例，心内膜垫缺损1例，心脏外翻并腹壁大缺损1例，唇裂1例。所有患者均经引产后证实。结论胎儿畸形的声像图比较典型，细心检查正确分析能及时发现，超声是检查胎儿畸形的首选方法，可达到及时发现及时终止妊娠的目的。

收集154例经胸部CT检查、手术病理检查、抽胸水作细胞学检查、纤维支气管镜检查及取活检等方法确诊为肺癌的病例，着重研究这些肺癌的CT表现及相应的病理基础，并且对这些肺癌的不同表现进行分类。
