Materials and Methods:The imaging findings of 6 cases with pelvic lipomatosis were analyzed retrospectively. CT and ultrasonography were performed in all 6 cases, together with barium enema in 3 cases and IVU in 2 cases.

材料与方法：回顾性分析6例盆腔脂肪过多症的影像学表现。6例均经CT和超声检查，其中3例还作了钡灌肠检查，2例行静脉肾盂造影检查。

METHODS: In addition to routine ophthalmologic examination and ocular muscle examination, general check-up and blood biochemical examination were also included. An optokinetic nystagmus test showed bilateral sick waves and at the same time a cerebrospinal fluid analysis was normal. A blood examination disclosed borderline anti-nuclear antibodies and an elevated serum IgG level. Her cervical spinal cord showed mild swelling and contrast-enhancement when examined by magnetic resonance imaging. Neither a brain stem nor an optic nerve's lesion was found. Based on the above, acute transverse myelitis was diagnosed. All the symptoms present in the patient relieved gradually after 5-days of pulsed intravenous methylprednisolone therapy.

一50岁女性，因为眩晕、前额头痛、视力模糊、恶心、呕吐及两侧下肢无力而求诊，於低血钾矫正后，两侧下肢无力依然持续，并发生胸部以下感觉缺损及排尿困难等现象，视运动性眼振检查显示两侧波形障碍，脑脊液检查正常，血液学检查显示抗核酸抗体及血清IgG指数偏高，显影剂增强磁振造影显示颈段脊髓肿大且略为显影，并无脑干或视神经的病灶，诊断为急性横断性脊髓炎，给予静脉注射类固醇后症状逐渐缓解。

In this study,the objective of this study was to do comparative imageology reserch on different examination methods and different types of lesions imaging of BCS,the results of Digital substraction angiography as the gold standard,and probe into the optimal examination route of BCS,in order to better guide clinical interventional therapy work.

Ureterorenoscopy were the most important diagmostic method.

结论综合多种检查方法可提高原发性输尿管的确诊率：超声诊断简便无创、可重复，为首选方法；IVP、逆行输尿管肾盂造影是主要检查方法：输尿管镜检查应作为今后重点。

Methods:Retrospectively investigate(200809-200906) the cervix TCT results and vaginoscopy biopsy results in 6 934 patients.Patients with atypical squamous cellswere considered positive cases.The results were analyzed by statistics.

回顾性分析200809—200906月间6 934人次TCT检查结果与阴道镜活检病理学结果，不典型鳞状上皮细胞以上列为阳性病例，描述TCT检查结果与病理检查结果之的关系，并行统计学相关性分析。
