Meanwhile we observed the change of symptoms, biopsy, T cell inferior group of serum (CD3、 CD4、CD8)、immunoglobulin (IgG、IgA、IgM) and the alexin (C3、C4), cAMP、 cGMP. CD3、CD4、CD8 are detected by immunomomoclonal antibodies APPAP; IgG、IgA、IgM are tested by immunoturbidimetry assay; the content of cAMP and cGMP in blood plasm are tested by radioimmunoassay.

所有观察病例于治疗前均作血、尿、大便常规化验；心、肝、肾功能检查；阴道分泌物检查包括念珠菌、滴虫、阴道清洁度；尿糖、血糖检查；分别观察中药组和西药组治疗前后相关症状及体征变化情况，活体组织病理检查的变化情况；血清T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3、CD4、CD8）和免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)以及补体（C3、C4）各项指标的变化情况；血中cAMP、cGMP含量变化情况，T淋巴细胞亚群水平测定采用单克隆抗体APAAP桥联酶标技术，血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3、C4的测定采用免疫透射比浊法。

Results The PET/CT imaging was performed for 62 patients including 7 cases with central bronchial carcinoma, and 55 cases with peripheral lung cancer. 59 cases with confirmed diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 95.16%. Some abnormal enrichment can be seen by 18F-FDG PET/CT. The largest SUV is 1.0～22.3. Radioactivity intussuscept can be seen by 11C-MET and PET-CT, and SUV is 0.5～4.9. Vessel bunch is available by CT enhancement scan that can clear the borderline of lession. Sublobe,spicule sign,depressed pleura,and bronchia obstruction can be seen by HRCT.

结果 62例肺癌患者中，中央型肺癌7例，周围型肺癌55例，明确诊断59例，诊断率95.16%。18F-FDG PET/CT检查见病灶有不同程度放射性异常浓聚，最大SUV1.0～22.3； 11C-MET PET/CT检查的病灶均见不同程度放射性摄取，SUV0.5～4.9；CT增强扫描病灶边界清晰，明显强化，可见血管"集束征"， HRCT检查见病灶有分叶、毛刺征、胸膜凹陷征及支气管阻断。

Conclusion As a non-invasive examination means for abdomen,CT examination can discover whether there is dissociative gas or not and estimate the amount of gas in abdomen more rapidly and exactly.CT can also estimate the position of perforation elementarily.The recess under xiphoid is the first place where the dissociative gas assembles after gastrointestinal perforation.

材料与方法1 一般资料：1999年7月至2 0 0 4年1月我院经CT检查的胃肠穿孔的患者13例，其中男8例，女5例；年龄19～6 5岁，平均4 0 2岁。13例均行腹部CT平扫及站立位腹部X线平片检查，其中6例先行CT检查后行X线检查。8例既往有胃、十二指肠溃疡病史，2例有明显腹部外伤史。10例表现为突发上腹部疼痛、腹肌紧张，1例表现为明显右下腹部疼
