To study the effect of different types of web cleaner on the card sliver quality,we have done the comparison test between the guide plate web cleaner and the anti-teeth guided flat web cleaner under the condition of the same amount of air volume.

用USTER AFIS单纤维测试系统对上述条件所加工的生条进行了检测，结果显示：反齿导向盖板式棉网清洁器所生产的生条质量总体上要好于导板式棉网清洁器，其原因是反齿导向盖板排除短绒、杂质、棉结等的作用是一种&主动&作用，而导板式棉网清洁器对短绒、杂质、棉结等的排除是一种&被动&作用，梳棉机后罩板处棉网清洁器以采用反齿导向盖板式棉网清洁器为宜。

Test of setting only cotton web cleaner in back cover guard of carding machine, keeping original back cover guard and setting only stationary plate in it in same technology condition are compared.

在相同工艺条件下进行了在梳棉机后罩板处单独加装一组棉网清洁器与后罩板不变、单独加固定盖板的对比试验。

Quality of sliver forming is tested using Uster AFIS single fiber testing system under different integrated conditions for the rear hood of the card A186F equipped with back teeth guided flat with cotton web cleaner for the 3-step gauges and cotton web cleaner for 4-step wind throughput. Test shows that gauge excess small or excess large will result in poor quality of sliver forming.

为了研究棉网清洁器反齿导向盖板隔距大小和风量大小组合对生条质量的影响，采用Uster AFIS单纤维测试系统，对A186F梳棉机后罩板采用棉网清洁器的3档反齿导向盖板隔距和4档棉网清洁器风量，在不同组合条件下生产的生条质量进行了检测，检测结果显示，过大与过小的反齿导向盖板隔距对生条质量均有不利影响。
