Background: We hypothesized that patients with cerebral infarction on preadmission warfarin have less severe neurological deficits on admittance, less severe neurological deficits 1 week after the onset of cerebral infarction and a larger improvement as to neurological deficits within 1 week of acute cerebral infarction.

背景：本研究假定早期使用华法林治疗的脑梗塞患者，其入院时神经功能缺损程度较轻，发病一周后神经功能缺损较轻，发病一周后的神经缺损恢复程度较大。

Whether there was a correlation between the peak value at the elevated ST segment in infarction area and the valley value at the reciprocal depressed ST segment was mainly related to the time lasted for the restoration of depressed ST segment.

结果：①冠状动脉梗塞后左前降支受累最为多见(45%)；②LAD单支病变与前壁、前间隔及心尖部室壁运动异常有关(P.05)。LAD与左回旋支病变，主要为前间隔和下壁运动异常；而单纯的下壁室壁运动异常多为左旋支与右冠状动脉病变引起。3支病变造成心肌运动普遍减低，且以侧壁及前侧壁的室壁运动异常则更为显著(P.05)。
