Methods:After 100 patients of cerebral infarction recieved low intensity He-Ne laser intravascular beamtherapy,We observed therapeutic effects,hemorheology before and after therapy and content changes in intraserous SOD;then,ILIB group was compared with contral group by statistical analysis.

对100例脑梗塞病人进行低能量氦－氖激光血管内照射治疗，观察治疗效果及治疗前后血液流变学和血清SOD含量的变化，并与对照组进行统计学分析。

Methods: SD rat model of middle cerebral artery occlusion was established according to the method described by Zea Longa,et al.

METHODS: hMSC with Hoeschst 33342 were injected into the animal model of MACO after Shenqiye induced for half an hour and their survival, migration, differentiation and the behavior changes in MACO rats were examined.

体外扩增培养hMSC，建立左大脑中动脉梗塞模型大鼠，将标记Hoeschst33342的hMSC，经参芪液诱导30 min后注入模型鼠脑内，观察hMSC在大鼠脑内的存活、迁移、分化，以及能否改善模型鼠运动功能。

Methods :25 cases of traumatic hydrocephalus were analysed retrospectively.Among them,3 cases showed brain contusion,4 with subrarchnoid hemorrhage,5 with subdural effusion,2 with epidural hematoma,1 with subdural hematoma,1 with fracture of skull,3 with malacia lesions,3 with cerebral infarction,and 2 with cerebral hernia.The other 3 cases were not associated,with intracranial traumatic anomaly.

回顾分析25例外伤性脑积水，其中分别伴颅脑损伤有3例脑挫伤、4例蛛网膜下腔出血、5例硬膜下积液、1例颅骨骨折、3例脑内软化灶、3例脑梗塞、2例硬膜外血肿、1例硬膜下血肿、2例脑疝(大脑镰下疝及钩回疝各1例)，另3例颅内未见外伤性异常改变与其并存。

Daily activity such as eating with spoon and walking by stick were also different.Conclusion :Extra early sensation input accelerated the recovery of motor function,apparently facilitated the improvement of myodynamia,functional status and daily activity of the paralyzed limb,and prevented early disabled syndrome in cerebral infarction sufferers.
